It was comfortable and they were willing to accommodate me during the middle of the night. Not sign-posted from outside, only on the main road, but not when you turn into the road, which was misleading and resulted in me turning around and leaving. |

Breakfasts were superb and the chef should be complimented on this. It was near to where I was working so was perfect from that point of view. The room looked tired and needed sorting. Stains (from a biro I think) on the chair in the room. Two large cushions had bits missing and looked tatty |

Hotel staff were friendly and effiecient, facilities were adequate, the room was comfortable and clean and the location was ideal for my purpose. The inedible scrambled eggs served for breakfast |

The rooms were small but nice and very clean The first evening I ordered some food at the bar and after half an hour I was told that you had run of that dish and choose an alternative and that came over cooked but on the next table he complained atht it was under cooked.I found the menu limited and over priced, if your going to put on a service charge of 10% then just add it on up front. The following night I ordered a dish again only to be told that that wasn't available so I when accroos the road to harvester next to the premier Inn and had a beer and a nice meal for 25% less, Guess where I'll be staying next Time!!! |

The beds in the room are too soft, therefore very incomfortable. The restaurant is expensive at £12 - £13 for a main course. We therefore chose the carvery which was 3 courses for £12.50, but the choice was very limited, with the vegetable selection being very poor. The pool is an adaquate size but had a nasty smell about it. |

We had booked the cadbury world package and our tickets were ready for us when we arrived and it all worked perfectly. The children particularly enjoyed the pool |

Generally a very nice stay and the staff listened to my request about the evening meals for the children. Very comfortable and easy access to most activities around the midlands area. The Sunday breakfast was a complete shambles. The basics like milk, fruit juices etc were just not replenished. Much of the cooked food was also sparse. The hotel was not over busy and I felt, having stayed in many other hotels, that supplying breakfast to guests was normal practise. The only real thing that tarnished an otherwise comfortable stay. |

We had a family room which actually had room for the 4 of us to sleep without climbing over each other. The pool was also good for our 2 active boys. |

Very convenient for motorway yet still quite quiet. Swimming pool was excellent with good sized pool. Food service in bar very slow - waited 45 minutes for a salad |

Good location and breakfast Attitude of reception staff ( one of them) when he realised booking was with Booking .com. - told me to 'wait over there'. Beds in room were rickety and old fashioned - not what you would expect in a hotel these days, at this price. |

Me and my partner inteded to spend a rare night away from the children. however, after booking in we were informed that one of the children had been feeling poorly and so attempted to check out of the hotel only to be told that a £50 charge would be made on top of the £65 room fee. I explained the situation to your member of staff but she was unrepentant. |
