Score from 745 reviews Very good
perfectly acceptable for one night especially with the shuttle bus for the airport which was perfect
Service at dinner was very slow and only about 3/4 tables occupied! Food was very good though!
the check in staff were really nice and welcoming . this hotel is spacious , wifi worked perfectly and the food is really good. A shuttle takes you to Bristol airport for a small fee.
Having to pay for parking, absurd and not clearly indicated when booking. Car park spaces way too narrow. Think WiFi had to be paid for, just enjoyed a night in Amsterdam, wifi free and brilliant.
Really well equipped comfortable room.
Too hot and even setting down the temperature didn't help. The free internet was so slow as to be useless and the 5 pound parking charge.
It was close to airport and provided a shuttle service to and from the airport for £3.50 per person per journey. A taxi would have cost us £10! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable everything you could need for an overnight stop.
The only thing we didn't like was having to get our of our comfortable bed at 02:45 to go and catch a plane.
Location to Bristol Airport
This Hotel introduce a car Parking fee of £5 which is in very small print on the online site, they charge for Wi-Fi, they charge a tray fee for room service. The've adopted Airline strategy of every is extra. All the above makes this an expensive hotel to stay, I am now going to stay at the Cadbury Hilton which has a swimming pool leisure centre and included in the advertised charge and works out about the same price. Sneaky policies to enhance profitability from loyal clients to a sales level which exceeds the standard of this hotel!
A comfortable bed. Polite staff
Very pungent smell of pig farm on arrival. Toilet was not cleaned properly and was dirty on the underside of seat. Décor very tired
Staff very very helpful, could not do enogh for you
We liked all we did
Reception staff very helpful.
Broken bed lamp in room
Quietness and shuttle promptiness. Settled bill at arrival. No need for check out time
Had to call shuttle
Location was great, shuttle useful! Staff were friendly even though they were having internet issues. They were calm and took it in their stride. We even got an upgrade......;)
Most things - room, meal staff etc
The ridiculous cost of overnight parking So I wont be returning
Location for airport Reception staff Bar and maintenance staff
Charge for wi fi/parking. Steak not cooked to liking. Almost blue.
Overall good standards of comfort and cleanliness. Helpful and pleasant staff. The food was generally good, though the breakfast coffee was not brilliant! Convenient location.
Although the bed itself was comfortable, the pillows left something to be desired. It was obviously policy to provide the bare minimum of milk with the in-room facilities, though more was provided on request.
Staf very friendly and welcomIng and the facilities and breakfast were first class. As we use Bristol Airport when visiting the U.K. Will become regular users of the Hotel.
It was further from the airport than I thought. The shuttle time we wanted wasn't available. If I knew it was first come first serve I would have reserved before I came. Also the WiFi said Free on your website but in order to use it you had to upgrade the speed which cost additional.
Receptionists really pleasant, especially as they must really get tired of trying to explain about the parking charge to irate customers.
The £5 overnight parking charge is akin to blackmail, especially as it's in the middle of nowhere!.the bottled water in the room £3.75 !!! Robbery ? .how stupid of management..... Only 3 bottles sold a week we were told,if it was a reasonable price they would sell more...false economy?. Bad management .
Staff excellent bus to airport handy Rooms clean Food OK and well priced Reception opening times
Parking a bit tight
Not being aware at time of booking that a £5 overnight parking charge was not included in the room rate or as an extra. these additional charges need more prominence for future bookings
Reasonable god Hotel near Bristol airport. Good Breakfast Buffet Friendly Staff
Wifi is very slow and the upgraded wifi fast speed did not Work You have to pay 5 GBP to park your car on top of the Price of the hotel room. Bad light in the bathroom - to weak
Location Friendly staff Convenient Has a good restaurant
Slow and poor wifi
the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were to hard.no other ones were available.didnt sleep a wink all night.i wasnt aware i had to pre book a car park space
The room was very clean, well laid out and the bed was extremeley comfortable. I ordered room service and I got exactly what I ordered within a reasonable time. The staff I came into contact with were on the whole very welcoming and cheerful
I went to the bar to get a drinl at a about 9.45. There was nobodu manning the bar although 2 mebers of staff were clearing glasses and vacumming the floor near by. I had to approach the meber of staff on reception who then rang somebody to come and serve me. My sleep was disturbed until approx 3.30 with noisy guests running up and down the corridors, and even noisier guest smoking out side. a member of staff should have asked them to be a bit more considerate. At the very least there should be a sign or two around the place reminding people that some other folk might well be wanting to sleep at 3 in the morning (premier inn ahve the signs, and a good nights sleep policy too!!)
