Well appointed rooms - clean - modern - comfortable. Polite and helpful reception staff. I did not have a car so difficult location. No taxi company could pick- up on Sunday evening before 90 minutes - hotel tried calling many - all from Bristol!. Hotel needs to develop relationship with local taxi company. Taxi cost £25 for journey to local village pubs!!

Relaxing area for drink and food. Convenient for airport. Pleasant staff. One female member of staff at reception (wish I had taken note of her name). Smell of pigs in bar in the evening, and even worse outside in the morning.

You are able to offer smoking rooms, this allows me to always book in this hotel. Than you The apple tart was very strange, a quater of part raw apple (sliced)on a base of puff pastry (unsweetened) and a top of same puff pastry, the ice cream that came with it was really good though!

10 minutes from Bristol Airport. Bedroom comfortable, warm and spacious. Bathroom very clean and functional. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast - good range of choices. Food well cooked to order and again friendly staff.

The Night Relief reception guy and the driver if the shuttle bus were brilliant and should be congratulated on the way were dealt with,Well done them..Other staff good and efficient. Nothing to dislike except the price ! Seems like a really well run establishment.
