Its closeness to the airport, was what made us go there - and that was all it had! We were in a non-smoking room which someone recently had been smoking in - stale smoke is not an easy smell to miss. If we had been staying for longer than the 12 hours anticipated we woulod have caused a fuss, but it just wasn't worth the possible aggro! The in room TV was almost unwatchable. We had to leave before the computer system was running in the morning. Much apologies, but they insisted to begin with that there was nothing they could do manually - after 10 mins waiting they agreed to debit the credit card and post details to us!!! |

The fact it was so close to the airport Food was disgusting, barely edible. Everything about the hotel was designed to extract money (Parking £10 a night, paying for wifi or internet access, marking "Gratuity" on the bills to sign) and yet the quality of everything was poor (small tv/rubbish picture, poor food & linen etc) |

great guy on the front desk who was very welcoming, breakfast from 4am and low cost shuttle bus to/ from airport .... you have to find the phone in the terminal first ! not enough parking spaces |

The staff at the hotel were excellenty, communication skills were excellent, felt friendly and efficient. The staff in the resaurant were particularly welcoming especially Stefan who made eating a fun experience. He was attentive, happy, explained what the dishes were about, good manners and an assett to the restaurant staff, well done, Stefan!! The lift was not working which was inconvenient when 2 cases are involved. Luckily there was a member of staff who helped |

From the time we arrived on a very snowey day the staff were brilliant. A change of plan meant that we needed to leave the car parked for 14 days and this was added without fuss - at a very reasonable cost. The lack of real air was a problem - we do not like aircon. |

The desk staff were extremely helpful with local information. The management also went far beyond the expected obligation to get people to the airport in a safe manner in the adverse weather conditions. For this praise is deserved and there efforts were appreciated. |
