Bathrooms need toilet brushes. I arrived just before midnight and found the water to be almost cold. The next morning it was nice and hot.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we had an early flight the next morning. The hotel was clean and gave us everything we needed at a good price and it was ideally located for a quick drive to the airport early in the morning.

We arrived after midnight. Despite the late hour the hotel was very busy. Nevertheless we were met with great hospitality. We were particularly impressed by the young lady who managed to run both the Reception desk and the Bar with efficiency and good humour. The shuttle to and from the Airport was useful. However it would have been helpful if the booking confirmation had mentioned that the shuttle had to be summoned to the Airport by using the dedicated telephone at the Information Desk.

It was clean, modern and was perfect for a pre-flight stay. It was good to have a meal the night before the flight and then get the shuttle bus the following day. It was also great to be able to leave the car there for a few days.

We landed at 11pm and needed somewhere to stay and the Hotel location was fine, the price (online) was fine and the staff and cleanliness and design of the rooms was beyond my expectations. My wife was with me and agrees with me. We are from Chile and will recomend the Hotel to friends ! Richard Yeomans All was fine except the rain !

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable , in a quiet part of the building which was thoughtful as we had arrived early hours and requested a late checkout and so had a very long undisturbed sleep.

As always staff is really nice and pleasant. We stayed, again, on the way from airpor - great location. We became members but unfortunately only now, after staying quite a few times, realized that as we do booking through booking.com (our preferred) our stayes don't apply for any points, bit disappointing.

Just that bit more upmarket than other chains and the facility to leave the car at the hotel during our break and then be picked up by a friendly driver when we came back was brilliant!!

The room was large, clean and modern. The staff were amazingly friendly. The price was extremely reasonable. Only negative was that I requested a double room and was given twin, however it was no hassle to push the beds together!

I thought the professionalism of the manager on duty at that time was excellant. Also the young lady who was controlling the bar and cafe area was brilliant. We stayed at the hotel as a stopover before flying on to Ireland. The check in staff on the night of our arrival were excellent, pleasant and professional. The hotel is very handy for the airport and this was my reason for choosing it. The room was clean and comfortable and a good size. The breakfast (room service) arrived on time, hot and very nice. Over all we enjoyed our brief stay and would have no problem recommending this hotel to others. The bed was a bit to hard for me and I would have liked 'fatter' pillows. I know I could have asked for more pillows but as it was after midnight when we arrived I just tumbled into bed and put up with the skinny one that was there. I would still recommend this hotel as these were very personal preferences.
