Room was good. Staff very pleasant. Surprised to have to pay for the shuttle bus. The restaurant was very poor. My son joined me for a meal and my meal was truly very very basic. My son's meal was cold and the veg very poor. An area which needs urgent attention. Only one other table booked and they too were extremely unhappy.

I stayed in the hotel with my daughter (3yrs) on the way from airport to home as arriving so late - adn it was very nice experience, called hotel from airport phone, got picked by minibus in about five minutes, in hotel very friendly and helpful receptionist - offered us drinks and small refreshment, just very pleasant especially after long day and late flight. So, we'll be back

Good welcome. Easy parking. Proximity to airport. Excellent restaurant, very good meal, caters for single travellers well. Main problem was that room was cold despite air heating unit on. Room tiny like an executive type room. Think that windows did not open. Notices on pillows depicting soft and medium pillow were not put on the soft and medium pillow - all a nice idea but better not do do it if not done properly.

Ideal location for Bristol Airport, easy access without sitting at the end of the main runway. Very good standard of typical Holiday Inn rooms for perfectly adequate stopover prior to getting a flight. Poor service of late evening bar meal do to particularly dim girl with obvious short term memory loss !!

Its very convenient for bristol airport as we had a very early flight. Rooms comfortable and clean. Found the menu a bit limited, however what we did have was O.K. and the service was V.good.

I found holiday inn extremely clean very modern and very comfortable everything we needed you just had to ask reception for more milk for tea or coffea very keen to please I had breakfast there which was lovely I would stay there again aanytime the bed was very comfortable with everything you needed in the bathroom

Convenient for airport - breakfast was included and was excellent. Courier service to airport was very useful. When we arrived back from our holiday we rang for the courier (we were advised before we left that someone would come and get us immediately) and were waiting approx 40 mins which is unacceptable when we just wanted to get on the road home. Would recommend hotel but not parking service

Usual holiday inn standards. Clean ,Peaceful, and friendly helpfull staff. Three pound fifty per person was charged for transfer to the airport which given the distance was enough to pay, and was extra to the room rate,, having said that the service was faultless.and trouble free. I have used this Hotel before and I would use it again.

Convenience for Bristol Airport. Quiet room at back of hotel with country view. Shuttle service. Good white wine. Free newspaper. Breakfast not impressive for cost. Smell from kitchen extractor fan in room.

The convenience of being close to Bristol airport for an early flight the following morning. Pleased that prices were not increased dut to it being New Year's Eve. Reception staff booked a taxi for New Year's Day as soon as we arrived. I would recommend this Holiday Inn.

Thev hotel was warm clean and friendly We were unable to eat in the resturant in the evening as we were told they were cleaning it, however during the time we were eating no cleaning took place,also we were charged for the transfers to and from the airport a charge which we did not expect.

My stay at the bristol airport was just grate my ownly broblem is that I was charted for more then the one night and im not happy about this I did change my booking with them but they did not reinbrt my visa for the over payment im hopping that this will be sorted out soon . thank you gillian hyde.
