We were staying at the hotel as we were going to the airport early morning on their shuttle, unfortunately our holiday was cancelled as air traffic control went on strike. Will you please relay our grateful thanks to Mr Smith on reception and the staff at the hotel for making our early morning shock more bearable because of their kindness and concern which was over and above their call of duty. This is our 2nd stay and will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice and clean accommodation, certainly not too be faulted. Very convenient to the airport. I have never been in a hotel where the signage for the exits/lifts etc were so poorly marked. So much so that I inadvertently tried to exit through a fire escape and not find the correct way out to the lift! Sorry but this need a rethink! I have stayed in many different hotels/lodges etc but this needs to be experienced to be believed.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and they offered smoking rooms which is rare nowadays. Tea making facilities too. No mineral water in the room which I think is a bare necessity in every hotel.

The room and facilities in the room were excellent however the restaurant was very disappointing. The staff were pleasant enough but seemed unable to cope with the number of customers even though the restaurant was not full. This may have been an issue with the kitchen.The soup when it came was burnt but we were offered another alternative,unfortunately with a very long wait.The rib eyed steak my husband was served was very disappointing it was gristly tough and tasteless.To sum up our stay a very good room but wished we had not used the restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we had an early flight the next morning. The hotel was clean and gave us everything we needed at a good price and it was ideally located for a quick drive to the airport early in the morning.

We arrived after midnight. Despite the late hour the hotel was very busy. Nevertheless we were met with great hospitality. We were particularly impressed by the young lady who managed to run both the Reception desk and the Bar with efficiency and good humour. The shuttle to and from the Airport was useful. However it would have been helpful if the booking confirmation had mentioned that the shuttle had to be summoned to the Airport by using the dedicated telephone at the Information Desk.

It was clean, modern and was perfect for a pre-flight stay. It was good to have a meal the night before the flight and then get the shuttle bus the following day. It was also great to be able to leave the car there for a few days.

We landed at 11pm and needed somewhere to stay and the Hotel location was fine, the price (online) was fine and the staff and cleanliness and design of the rooms was beyond my expectations. My wife was with me and agrees with me. We are from Chile and will recomend the Hotel to friends ! Richard Yeomans All was fine except the rain !

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable , in a quiet part of the building which was thoughtful as we had arrived early hours and requested a late checkout and so had a very long undisturbed sleep.

As always staff is really nice and pleasant. We stayed, again, on the way from airpor - great location. We became members but unfortunately only now, after staying quite a few times, realized that as we do booking through booking.com (our preferred) our stayes don't apply for any points, bit disappointing.

Just that bit more upmarket than other chains and the facility to leave the car at the hotel during our break and then be picked up by a friendly driver when we came back was brilliant!!

The room was large, clean and modern. The staff were amazingly friendly. The price was extremely reasonable. Only negative was that I requested a double room and was given twin, however it was no hassle to push the beds together!
