We were collected and deposited from the airport by pleasant helpful people. Only stayed as a stopover for an International flight. Perhaps a fridge and wine glasses. |

The proximity to the airport was key for my party and the efficient shuttle bus service, also details of flights in reception was a nice touch. The restaurant facility was not particuarly appealling and food quite expensive for what it was - no side vegetables etc |

We only stayed overnight so from 10pm to 9.30 am! We only saw the inside of the room and the restaurant! But it was an enjoyable night. The room was very warm - too warm and the aircon kept turning itself off! but still a lovely hotel and rooms. too hot and there was a couple of fly's in the restaurant at night and in the morning that kept landing on the food. |

The speed and courtesy of the check-in staff set the tone from the moment of entering the hotel. The building is smart, clean and the bedroom was well appointed and immaculate. All staff were very friendly and easily approachable. The bistrot had a simple menu BUT was very good in quality. |

Comfortable and clean room, good value for money. Very close to local attractions (Cheddar Gorge and Wookie Hole). The restaurant was not very inviting (it also doubled as the breakfast room),given that the food prices are not cheap the decoration did not match the quality of the food. A table cloth would be a good start and some knives that actually cut the food ! |
