Hi, we stay just one night the bed was lovely room was fine tv 30in food was lovely did not have wait for the food that was good , breakfast was lovely eat as much as you want, staff are so helpful, i will stay again an again thanks terry & kathy

Comfortable stay, good value, conveniently located close to Bristol and motorway network. The bed was a little firm and quite small for a double. Minibar was left empty for guests own use, which made a nice change! Staff were friendly and we asked for toothpaste (forgotten) and extra towels, which arrived promptly. Nice big car park. Pleanty of pubs close by (if you like Vintage Inns!). Nice HD television. Not attractive external design, inside design and decor was better.

Convenient for the motorways and easy access to the city. During the night the room became very cold since the central heating was turned off and the bedding was inadequate.

The attentive bar and Breakfast staff The front of house were not that friendly and helpful - rather surly Given the wrong room - it was changed but not with much enthusiasm on the hotel part Only one dressing gown and no slippers in the room - no apology No paper delivered to room

Breakfast was very desorganized, toaster broken, not enough bread and the restaurant services at dinner time was very disappointing, staff advised us incorrectly in terms of food and price.

The location was good. Three tv screens in lounge, all showing the same programme all evening. Football!! Bathroom tiles could have done with a clean and shower mat needed replacing.

Ease of parking. Fast check-in. Nice view of the lake and fountain. Friendly staff in the restaurant. Reception staff apparently not from the Bristol area They were unable to give fairly simple directions on getting to an address in Gloucester Road and there was no map available at the counter. It would be useful to have the girls behind the counter better prepared for such customer enquiries.

The room was clean, comfortable and looked exactly like the picture on the internet site. The full breakfast menu is pricy. However, one can order coffee and croissants or cakes at the bar for a reasonable price. It was impossible to see what one had ordered on the receipt, and I was charged a different price each day for the same items. Once this was pointed out, I was refunded the difference.

It was a comfortable and convenient base for a short break to meet family and visit local amenities/sights. I could not recognise on my final bill the costs for which I had signed in the bar and restaurant during my stay. I think the overall total was correct but the constituent amounts were indecipherable. It would greatly help your visitors (particularly my age group!) if this could be addressed and I'm sure it would reduce query time for your check-out staff.
