Breakfast excellent. Staff helpful. Easy access from Bristol / motorway. The hotel was mainly business orientated - even though they had children playground. Internet £3 / 15 minutes! The Family room had no fridge - so we could not keep baby milk in the room. Also Dinner was very expensive - luckily there was a pub nearby. |

Proximity to Bristol Business Park. Good breakfast. Over-priced for a basic business hotel that's a bit tatty around the edges. |

Ideal location for Bristol Business Park & University of West of England. Good breakfast. Quiet room. Bar food very disappointing. Bar prices a rip-off. Hotel expensive for what it is. Ridiculous charges for Internet access. |

The breakfast was excellent Although I had booked a twin room on line and specified it in the comments box we were allocated a double .As I was staying with my teenage son this was not acceptable. I was told that there were no twin rooms , unfortunately the receptionist spoke little English and had to get assistance. Eventually after about 20 minutes they found us a twin room. |

The staff were friendly helpful and tolerant of the children, the hotel was clean comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The pool and gym were well sized and the childrens play area outside was a nice addition. In our evening meal, water was placed on our table as though it were complimentary, but we were charged £11 for it. The service was very slow, and the childrens food portions were tiny. |

Quiet location, nice grounds and large car park Double room was relatively small but OK for one night. Breakfast buffet was a little chaotic, nobody seemed to check regularly - though tables were available. |

Very clean room. Good breakfast. Unforunatetly we did not have a good stay, mix up with booking (their fault) meant 1 room booked, instead of 2, hence no adjoing room as requested. Very Very noisy rooms - louts in rooms either side (football team) no sleep had until well passed 2am. Weekend spoiled by tiredness. I had asked for quiet rooms, but because of mix up I feel we were put in last available rooms near each other. |
