We had a room looking over the park which was extremely pleasant In comparaison to some of the other Holiday Inn we have stayed in, the rooms were a little cramped! |

The view was nice. The breakfast was nice. Different types of pillows were available. It was convenient for where we were going. I was woken up at 4am by someone banging a window and entering a nearby room.A carparking problem made us late leaving. This isn't 4 questions, it's much more! I wasn't told this would be a review, I was told it was feedback! At no time in the hotel were we given a feedback form about our stay. There is no "don't know" option if we haven't read the web reviews |

The room was spacious and very clean on arrival. The breakfast was reasonable. The price was very good. We had to request that the room be cleaned and replenished with clean cups and glasses when we left the hotel around three o clock as it still had not been done, on return from a concert at midnight it still had not been done. Had to wait for room service to bring fresh towels and clean glasses and cups. The breakfast was annoying having to wait for a stupid toast machine. There was only two toast machines and it did not really toast the bread well, more like warm bread. |

The breakfast area was chaotic. There seemed to be not enough staff on to support the volume of people staying. There was a wedding party staying-over and the hotel did not seem to have organised enough staff to cope at the breakfast. Toasters were broken and long delays ensued waiting for toast or for hot meals. We are regular guests with Holiday Inn - but this was not a good experience. |

Breakfast excellent. Staff helpful. Easy access from Bristol / motorway. The hotel was mainly business orientated - even though they had children playground. Internet £3 / 15 minutes! The Family room had no fridge - so we could not keep baby milk in the room. Also Dinner was very expensive - luckily there was a pub nearby. |

Proximity to Bristol Business Park. Good breakfast. Over-priced for a basic business hotel that's a bit tatty around the edges. |

Ideal location for Bristol Business Park & University of West of England. Good breakfast. Quiet room. Bar food very disappointing. Bar prices a rip-off. Hotel expensive for what it is. Ridiculous charges for Internet access. |

The breakfast was excellent Although I had booked a twin room on line and specified it in the comments box we were allocated a double .As I was staying with my teenage son this was not acceptable. I was told that there were no twin rooms , unfortunately the receptionist spoke little English and had to get assistance. Eventually after about 20 minutes they found us a twin room. |
