Location in to cambridge. Lady behind breakfast counter was excellent at her job! Overall staff very polite. Price a bit expensive for what it is. Found the room a little dark and dreary.

Clean and good staff service. The heating in the room was inadequate. It didn't respond when I tried to turn it up on the thermostat. We were cold all night. A guest in a neighbouring room woke me up by having a loud conversation on his phone in the corridor in the early hours of the morning.

Very helpful reception staff, lovely rooms. Really pleased the spa, sauna, steam room and pool was included, all of which we're great. Also had a treatment (massage) which was brilliant.

The staff were friendly and the room was a good price especially as we were given a free upgrade. Even though the room was cheap they catch you out with other charges such as Internet in your room cost £28.00 a bit much for one night I think

Nice modern hotel, very friendly staff. Food was expensive, especially breakfast!!! Hotel not near any shops or attractions, Had to drive into town which was annoying as parking in town is sooo expensive!

Friendly staff, cleanliness The idiculous price of Internet and tv extras.£28 Is clearly aimed at businessman on expenses.. Not sure this price can ever be justified other than simple profiteering. Shame cos in all other respects its a good product.

Great friendly atmosphere. Extremely helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast plenty of choice. Comfortable room. Shower was excellent hot and powerful. Bonus to have a pool gym and sauna to relax in. Nothing.
