The room we had for the three nights stay only had one drawer in the bedroom and that had an hairdryer in it. We had to keep some clothes in our cases. Not Good.

My son and I came to look at Cardiff university. The whole experience was great. The hotel was excellent. Facilities for my disabilty excellent especially the room and parking

Got a great rate from booking.com. Big room, comfy bed and powerful shower. Breakfast included in the rate.

Bathroom a bit dated.

I enjoyed my stay but my stay was too short the view out of the front window was fab it over looked the part at the side of the castle

Nice clean smart looking hotel, easy to get to. good location for city centre. stayed here twice, no fuss and easy to park.

this stay we were on the 6th floor and the room was too warm, air conditioning couldn't be turned down as it said it was pre-set and couldn't open window as the hotel is in the centre of cardiff and would have been too noisy. Rooms do not need to be this warm.

Like the location as was Great for the Town and Shopping .

Room's were a bit small and would like a bigger that a double bed . The bath Towels could do with being Bigger as well.

Only there 1 night so close proximity to all amenities and town.

Beds were very good, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean and quiet (at least at the backside) and the hotel has a splendid location.

I didn't fancy the breakfast, the rooms are quite hot (not possible to go below 20°C) and there's no free wifi.

Friendly staff, great location, very good breakfeast, clean throughout and powerful shower.

Too hot in the room, could not open the room window or turn down the air conditioning below 20C and thus could not sleep.

Staff were very friendly and nothing to much trouble for them plenty of choice on breakfast menu

Room was rather small for a double room - particularly bathroom which had a lack of surface space.
