The restaurant food was very good - especially the mussels. Cleaning staff very friendly and extremely helpful with door card system. A fire alarm happened late one evening - I was very impressed with the efficiency and organisation of the evacuation. All staff kept very calm and I could see they were well practised. Fortunately it was a fault with a detector in a basement area and not a fire. Safe system was not working in rooms. Door card system only worked sporadically. Toilet difficult to flush. |

Excellent location near the castle and well placed for shopping and night life but not noisy. The most enormous bed i've ever seen and very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive. |

The hotel is well situated if you want to go shopping in the city or for a weekend for the lads or girls out on the town. Its also great for visiting the castle and the fact that it has a car park is a big bonus for the city with not many hotels providing car parking or if they do at extra cost. The hotel staff really need to have lessons in customer care, even learning how to smile again would be nice. The room we had was very small for a junior double I think they probably squashed us into a single but sold it as a double! |

Close to Stadium and easy access to shops. Food was excellent at dinner. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom light in room kept going on and off. Room temperature was hard to control in particular to lower it. |

It was convenient to the City centre. There was only one bath & hand towel in the room even though there were two of us staying the night. The breakfast service was very poor as many items in the cooked breakfast kept running out &, by the time that the staff replenished the dishes, the items that you had already put on your plate had gone cold. |

Convenience - being close to thecity centre, shops and Millenium Stadium. Rooms very small - also, mini bar was empty in one of the rooms reserved. |
