Location. Clean and tidy. Sterile eating environment. No atmosphere. BREAKFAST SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ROOM RATE. IT SHOULDN'T BE AN EXTRA COST.

Clean comfortable convenient. Staff v helpful at booking taxis. Embarrassed to enter our first allocated room to find a couple in bed (sorry) but reception staff sorted out quickly and gave us a better room.

I would like to thank the young man on reception desk on the 7th of January he was so helpful and polite made us feel so welcome and the standard of rooms were excellent so because of this we would definately stay there again! Many thanks to all the staff.....

The location was superb for our trip and was a great spot for cricket, shopping and city life. The parking was a extra £10 and the drinks and food in the bar were extortionate, there is no need to be charging these prices for residents when you have already paid for a room, breakfast and parking.

Location handy for veiwing the city and the Castle, if I was visiting Cardiff again I would use the Holiday Inn There seems to be no real tie up between Holiday Inn and Booking dot com. I had booked three breakfasts for two people but the staff failed to put this fact to the catering side, so each morning I had to explain that I had booked breakfast. Maybe if on the sheet from booking . com showed " breakfast" instead of options it would have been clearer, though what options I was having for £60.00 the hotel staff didn't know.

We were going to a sports event at the millenium stadium, so the hotel was ideal! very friendly staff, enabled us to check in prior to the game, enabling us to change in our room and not worry about going into the toilets, although they were clean. Food was good, we paid for breakfast and they brought fresh out for us when they were running low, staff on hand for any questions!

The staff are excellent and endeavour to make visit pleasant in every way.The breakfast is first class and the location is ideal for the castle,city centre and railway station. There was nothing I didn t like about the Holiday Inn.
