Score from 679 reviews Excellent
The staff where exceptionally nice, the room was clean, modern and warm on an extremely cold night.
The outside appearance is dreadful! Really put me off going in!
Good value for money and decent facilities.
Internal directions confusing and corridors bland & anonymous.
Very friendly staff
We had the worse night sleep ever due to the very uncomfortable bed and logs for pillows.
the hotel its self was good, location, staff, facilities and room Nothing too special, a bed for a night
Room was on ground floor, no telephone signal. WiFi was paid, not happy about that.
I wanted to change my booking, but Booking ,com, declined.
Breakfast was nice and room was lovely.
The only thing in walking distance was a petrol station which was a bit of a pain as it was snowing so we could not get anywhere and the water in the room was warm and horrible to drink.
pleasant stay staff polite
Our room was clean and comfortable,b/fast enjoyable + food enjoyed in bar.Staff were helpful and cheerful.
Better coffee at b/fast + hotter.
Comfortable room. Helpful staff. Breakfast was good.
Would have liked free wifi. £3+ to check my email was a bit steep! (So I didn't and then wished I had, ) There was no information pack in my room.
The customer service was great!
The room had no curtains. Very noisy with any movement near the windows.
1) Mark. who served us our meals & drinks in the bar, was absolutely 1st class - attentive, pleasant, and gracious. 2) Well furnished room and bathroom.
Coming off the roundabout, the lighting in the Inn sign facing the roundabout was not working, and we were past the Inn before my wife looked back and saw the illuminated sign.
Pool, sauna and jacuzzi
Fantastic staff, really brilliant and helping
Paid WiFi. Seems as soon as you get to your room the phone signal magically disappears. Not paying those silly prices for WiFi.
There was always someone around to help. Breakfast was lovely. Only stayed a couple of days visiting family so didn't use any of the facilities. Very comfortable, would recommend it.
Although the breakfast was lovely, it was quite obvious there was not enough staff and they were struggling as it was very busy.
Comfy bed Prompt and efficient 24 Hour reception
Limited bar Menu, not enough healthy and light choices
Free coffee and free parking greaf location
Price, way over priced, room very dated
All very good. Super friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Room very good value and spacious (executive room). quiet location of room. Swimming pool etc good. Convenient for Chester and visiting family will be back!
Room service Bed Television
Breakfasts were expensive
Hair in bath on arrival and mould/mildew on towels! Beds were 2 beds pushed together with an uncomfortable gap in between despite booking a double room. TV kept losing signal so hard to watch anything. Key card system to get into room was very temperamental. Internet very expensive at £5 for one hour compared to Premier Inn at £3 for 24 hours. Much prefer Premier Inn overall for standard/comfort/cleanliness also.
Free wifi Cost Leisure facilities
Bit of a walk to Chester centre
Excellent value for money. Booked well in advance of my stay and got a great deal.
Having to pay for wi-do, although as I only stayed for one night, this was not a big issue.
Room was brilliant staff very friendly and breakfast was excellent
I would have preferred wifi
Breakfast was very good and very plentiful. Friendly efficient staff.
Paying for WIFI. 4 hours for £10.!! Really ? Bed far too soft.
Hotel was very easy to find. Checking in was quick, staff were very pleasant and efficient. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We asked for quiet rooms and thats what we got. Room facilities very good. Staff were excellant at breakfast even though they never had a minute.
Drinks were quite expensive. Ran out of food and juice at breakfast.
Bar too expensive
