Just swimming pool and that's it. Small room as for 2 adults with 2 kids age 6 and 9; small bed. Using opened sofa bed for daughter - virtually no space to move. Dirty wine glass at coming; not everything was brought by room service what was ordered as dinner; second time not sufficient number of forks/knives was brought. Breaded chicken bites - hard to bite and very dry; all together for 349£!!! (for 2 nights)!!! Horror |

Room was very comfortable and good standard of facilities. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Plenty of free car parking. It was very close to a railway line that seemed to carry regular freight wagons, which made is suddenly very noisy in the room |

it is a very convinient situated no nonsense hotel for people on through trip, especially for the ferry from Harwich to Hoek of holland. for personal reasons I would not have a dinner in the restaurant, because this is to functional; however there are good restaurants within 15 min. by car. |

The staff on arrival and departure were lovely they were very professional and helpful, we loved our stay with you and would definately promote our stay with you. yes, we could smell smoke in the room which was confirmed by the amount of ash found on the windowsill outside, however the staff really did try, asked if we would like to move. |

Very, very comfortable bed. I think it is even better hotel than Marks Tey - less crowded during weekends. |
