Bereikbaarheid Vlak bij A12 Ideale locatie voor bezoek aan zoo.

Eten in restaurant viel tegen. Kwaliteit van ingrediënten is goed, maar slechte bereiding.

Staff at reception were excellent - upgrading our room to enable us to be on the ground floor. The offer of a complimentary glass of wine whilst waiting to check in was a master stroke! The breakfast was very good with eggs cooked freshly for you. An excellent stay - will use this hotel again and recommend to others.

Only downside - no free wifi.

The staff were exceptional with excellent customer care skills. We only stayed for one night but the both the evening meal and the breakfast were fabulous.

Carpet in the bedroom had a couple of stains on it.

Very attentive and personable receptionist...thanks for the complimentary drink. Great bar and restaurant staff too. Even the new starters are just as professional! Thanks Clean rooms with a choice of pillow comfort levels.This hotel also has a gym, swimming pool and sauna/steam room. Great for Business and lesiure.

Only a very thin Duvet and blanket asked for although delivered was tiny and not suitable really. Asked for feather pillow and delivered but without pillow case on.

We thought it was wonderfully child friendly with fantsatic service and wonderful pool and staff.

The food in the restaurant and generally is not good. It is poor quality (not freshly preprared - I think it is packet bought and then re-heated in some cases?). It is also very expensive. Charging £11-£12 for a main course for that standard is london prices and I can get excellent food in london for that price.

The pool and spa were great. Staff were very helpful and went above the call to help us. The bedroom was comfortable and clean.

there was paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, this i believe is because who ever painted it didnt misscoat the fresh plaster, this will cause paint flaking off, The restaurant had good food but quite expensive and the starters were quite alot for what you got. Other than that it was a great hotel.

Needs to improve the heating in the room

Very friendly and helpful staff, Clean hotel and Breckie was very good, would recommend hotel to anyone.

Did not find anything that I did not like although mixed sauna in pool area would be an improvement.

Excellent staff, from the front desk, to the maintenance and bar/restaurant staff, making us feel welcome and that nothing would be too much trouble. The rooms were a great size and have very comfortable beds.

An issue in the restaurant was addressed immediately and resolved 110%. So nothing to complain about.

the front of house staff were really courteous and helpful, and the room was always warm and welcoming to return to and beautifully clean.

there was nothing that struck us as 'not to like'
