The close vicinity to the wedding reception. On arrival, I unfortunately hadn't printed my booking ref. They thought I was booked under a different name and had no record of my online booking which I made in March via booking.com. I found my booking at time of checking out, on my wap phone and they let me pay the online booking rate quoted. |

Nearness to M1 Enterence to the hotel is very confusing. There is a sign under the hotel logo saying 'Traders'. It looked like and we assumed it was a backdoor tradesman way in and spent 10 mins driving around ( we were tired) and didn't realise it was the name of a cafe |

Very comfortable bed, and a lot of thought has gone into making guests stay as pleasant as possible. |

Good sized and comfortable room with nice bathroom and excellent shower. Good quality toiletries and liked the drink making facilities. Would have been good to have a reading light near to the sofa/seating area. |

Friendly restaurant and bar staff. Of the three rooms booked, the wired internet only functioned in one of them. The one that did work was very slow, and bad value for an extra £6 per hour. |

Room clean and comfortable with everything needed for an overnight stay. Good choice of pillows. Bathroom was rather small and cramped, shower had poor water flow. Breakfast was disappointing - cooked selection tasteless and been standing too long. |

We only were there for one night. It was confortable and we had plenty of space in the room. The staff were very helpful. Also it was very convenient for our flight out the next day from East Midlands Airport. |

Clean room, quiet location and parking. Room and bathroom pretty small, compared with Novotel rooms. The room I stayed in was a good walk from reception, especially carrying cases. Lounge/bar area rather sterile with uncomfortable chairs. |

Staff were very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Heating not working in room, but when reported they immediatley sent a portable radiator down which solved the problem. |

10 mind from East Midlands Airport Ordered food that they then said wasn't available so would we accept an alternative. When the food came it did not include the alternative. When we mentioned this to a different waitress she checked with the kitchen and came back to say that wasn't available either! We then ordered Vodka and they came back to say that wasn't available either!! Was also woken up very early by housekeeping! |
