Easy car parking. No sensible access to restaurant for an evening meal. A wedding party had taken over the hotel. This should have been advised at the time of booking.

All the staff, from the reception and restaurant staff to the cleaners, were very friendly and helpful. It makes such a difference to receive a warm welcome! The food in the restaurant was of a very high standard too!

My husband and I booked for three nights Bed and Breakfast, we were there for a Wedding at Risley Hall Hotel and Holiday Inn was an ideal distance from venue, We were so pleased when we seen our room, it was so clean and very comfortable especially when we had three days to live there, The Breakfast was first class and service the same. We can't praise the staff enough they were all so friendly and made sure our stay was very comfortable. If we need to come back down from Scotland to that area we would definately book with you again. Please say a big Thank You to all staff from us. Mr & Mrs Burney (room 115 6th to 9th April)

The room was comfortable with everything we could need. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. The pie for the evening meal was over-cooked such that the pastry was rock-hard. Shame, because the filling was very nice.

We asked for 2 extra pillows and these were left in our room for the evening. Very comfortable bed, clean room and quiet location. Breakfast was fine, although a little dried up but bearing in mind it's a buffet, it's very difficult to keep it warm any other way. Nice pastries though. Shampoo and shower gel are provided but no face flannels. Could use slightly bigger towels in the bathroom or at least a couple of extra ones. I could have asked for more but didn't. It would have been nice to have a larger selection choice of decaffinated tea/coffee and maybe hot chocolate in the room. Some biscuits would be a nice touch too.

Room was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. Provided good value for money. Food was fairly basic but well presented and reasonably priced. The exterior wasn't very appealing, low rise 70s building. I was attending an event in nearby Bramcote so location was convenient but otherwise no reason to go as just off the M1 with little around it.

Rooms were very clean, staff very helpful and friendly and the heating in the room was excellent usually hotel rooms are too hot or too cold but I was impressed with my room and my stay here.

Convenient - close to M1, Great price via Booking.com We had three rooms, one could have been a little cleaner on arrival Long walk from reception to thee rooms, but this meant we were isolated from the noises from a wedding party so a fair compromise

Vicinanza all'uscita autostrada M1 e comodità per raggiungere il centro di Nottingham e Derby... Ottima soluzione anche per recarsi al circuito di Donington, non è vicinissimo (15 km) ma è più conveniente degli alberghi di pari livello vicini all'impianto. Camere un pò piccole, ma molto funzionali.

A pleasant stay which allowed me to attend school re-union dinner in West Bridgford but be able to have an early getaway to London next morning. A very clean bedroom but some of the bathroom fittings were getting a bit tired.

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean/quiet room. Lots of parking. Convenient to the M1. Drinks were very expensive and the food was very over priced and the evening menu not very imaginative with a very poor choice. We went out to eat even though we would have preferred not to as we had to pay for a taxi back. In the morning we did not want a full breakfast so asked if we could just have 2 teas/bacon sandwiches in the lounge. The staff member was very helpful in organising this for us, the tea was fine but the sandwiches were horrible, cold and tasteless and the cost was £16 - a rip off. I would stay here again for its location but would take my own drink and make alternative arrangements for meals unless the quality and price have changed.
