Very clean and quiet. Will stay here again. To get a meal in the evening you have to go to the Hotel next door.

Value for money. Just beside the aecc. Staff really friendly and helpful Food excellent. Rooms basic but very clean and warm. Not far from Aberdeen town centre and the bus stops are right outside.This will be the second time I have stayed in the Holiday Inn Expressand I would recommend it to family and friends and I certainly will be staying there when I visit Aberdeen.

Hotel was clean and warm, staff were friendly and ideal location for visiting our Nothern Company, very hard to get this hotel booked as always full, so was pleased to secure a room. Cleanliness and friendly staff

Cleanliness, comfort. Modern design well maintained. Staff very helpful Beakfast poor. I have stayed here before and the scrabbled egg on both occasions has been shocking. If chef (?) can not make eggs correctly would be better not doing then at all. . Over cooked, solid and black! Even if the chef thinks this is an acceptable standard of food to serve , the front of house staff should refuse to serve this and return to kitchen I would recommend this hotel but warn guests about the standard of breakfast , this is a pitty, as this is the most important meal of the day- especially for buisness guests.

I was using a Visa Electron card and the guy at reception refused it when I phoned down for watching a film. I went down to reception and offered him a deposit either using the card or with cash but he refused again. This spoilt an otherwise pleasant stay and I have never had this problem anywhere else I've stayed. We will not be back because of this.

Location and easy access to facilities without formal requirements ( breakfast easy access etc) I arrived at the hotel about 22:30 (pre booked) to find the first room the lights and system would not work, after a while I was given another room which was absolutely freezing cold inside. I called the receptionist and he agreed this was not acceptable, I was give another room (521) which was much better and moved all my things into this room which was ok. I was staying four nights and by this time I had had enough as it was about passed midnight nearer 1:00 in the morning before I was sorted hrs I had been on the road since lunchtime that day. To be faif when I discussed this with the Manager he made some financial reduction to the bill. ( my company will save money) but I had to be on site for 07:30 on Monday morning which I needed to do some work beforehand which did not start my week away well.

Very modern and stylish design. Staff were extremely nice and approachable. Never realised breakfast was included in price so that was a nice bonus! Would efinitly stay there again! The fire alarm went off several times due to the toaster burning toast, perhaps bed to invest in other type of toaster in breakfast area!

Right away I was impressed with the reception, it was clean, open and airy, the reception staff were really friendly and nice. The room was very clean, everything we needed was there. Only had a very slight grumble about the shower tray, it seemed to be on a slope, hardly worth mentioning. Booking again in Feb 2012 when we come back up for another show

I loved the fact that the hotel was easily located and its facilities were top notch. The price was also a deciding factor, and in this instance, its very good for the quality of the hotel.
