I loved how friendly the staff were upon arrival and throughout the stay. Very helpful. The room was also exactly what was stated and I felt very comfortable from the time I walked in.

It is very convenient for the attendees to a conference. It will increase a balue to have a regular bus service to downtown and airport.

Close to the airport, about 10 mins. Drive. We arrived quite late yet check in was quick and efficient. Room was quite small but clean and comfortable, and Breakfast was reasonable. Hotel provides 30 mins. Free wi fi connection. High charge for wi fi beyond the gratis 30 mins.

Easily located. Quick efficient check in. Quiet. Breakfast included in price. Lifts not reliable the weekend I stayed. Press buttons, doors close, lift didnt go anywhere. Bit of a problem so hope they've sorted it. Worrying for older people who may not know how to open the doors to get out.

Friendly and helpful staff and very nice room. When I asked if the hotel served bar meals, we were directed to the lounge bar within the Holiday Inn situated in front of the hi Express. Found the lounge bar to be incredibly overpriced- £12.99 for pasta is ridiculous.

Nice clean hotel with easy access to the city, good breakfast and freindly staff. No phone signal at all in room, window in room would not open(due to facing north sea) apparently, air con was quite noisy but had to use due to windows not opening.

Location next to the exhibition centre venue was perfect, easy to find and get to . Staff all very friendly and helpful breakfast was great/ room clean and confortable Would have liked a bottle of water in the room as no room service

The staff went out of their way to provide us with the best possible stay. Liam and Ross wer very supportive and were excellent in their help towards my Mum who is disabled and travelled with me. They provided her with a room which was suitable to her mobility needs and were more than willing to help. We were very impressed and have since told many people about our experience. The hotel was also lovely and very comfortable and new and clean

The rooms were very well appointed with clean and modern fittings. Check in and out were quick and simple The breakfast service area was a little confused and confusing - One needed to have. Experience on how the system and equipment worked. Might help to have a staff member in the area and/or sign-age to show what was what and what to do.

Value for money. Just beside the aecc. Staff really friendly and helpful Food excellent. Rooms basic but very clean and warm. Not far from Aberdeen town centre and the bus stops are right outside.This will be the second time I have stayed in the Holiday Inn Expressand I would recommend it to family and friends and I certainly will be staying there when I visit Aberdeen.

Hotel was clean and warm, staff were friendly and ideal location for visiting our Nothern Company, very hard to get this hotel booked as always full, so was pleased to secure a room. Cleanliness and friendly staff
