Courteous.staff, very clean, free wifi in room, and very comfortable beds.
Rooms were excellent size wise.
Breakfast at 9am looked a little tired.
Rooms good,shower and bar good
Breakfast could have been better,no bacon only scrambled eggs,no tomatoes
No Satellite T.V.
location WIFI in room size of room
breakfast minimal, apart from nice pastries
This was a good hotel, located not far from the city centre and offered excellent value for money. The staff were very polite and courteous.
The area where you obtained breakfast could have been bigger given the number of guests staying there.
This hotel suited our needs for the weekend, it was central for visiting relatives, the staff were very helpful, & the breakfast suited us too, being self service you could have as much or as little, as one needed.
Only that the beds could be bit more comfy, but everyone has different needs.
Light, airy, pleasant staff, comfortable room, plenty of parking, decent breakfast
The location just off the M65. The staff without exception were friendly ,helpful and efficient. We could not fault the service. The included breakfast was excellent with a good choice of options. We would certainly stay here again and now knowing the high standard stay at any other of your hotels. Please pass on our grateful thanks to your staff at Burnley
washroom, noisy, breakfast..
Modern and bright. Quality of fittings and great value
The rooms were excellent. Sorry about the fire alarm!!
I would have enjoyed table service at dinner, and where was the bacon at breakfast?
Breakfast- how can you have a full English with no bacon?
Family re-union, excellent room, modern and well designed hotel.
Very elderly relatives in disabled room on first floor, no facilities/staff were available to assist in evacuation when fire alarm activated in middle of night. Very concerned if it had been a fire. Only 4 coathangers and minimum storage if staying for several days.
It was bright cheerful and comfy
Large clean room with good bathroom. Quiet and comfortable.
Friendly staff, a spacious and very quiet room, despite the proximity to a motorway, a good (included) self-serve breakfast and tasty dinners available at a fair price, since there are no eating outlets in the immediate vicinity. Our stay was very good value for money, indeed, chaper than many B&B rates these days.
Nothing in particular, though the hotel is not necessarily easy to find for travellers without SatNav, if arriving via Burnley town centre. However, on the final roundabout there is a small sign by the exit turn. One area for improvement is that water took a while to drain away from the washbasin.
Modern, well organised, pleasant staff.
Whilst convenient location directions to find it were poor. Food mediocre.
the hotel and room were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was more than enough to eat and very tasty
Staff and room very good
Food was poor. We waited 40 mins for 2 burgers when they came all the extra toppings were missing when they eventually came the topping were cold.
The room was nicely fitted and I likes the free ice machine and free phone for taxis.
When we went for breakfast all the tables were dirty and food lying on the floor with staff just stood around talking and when asked if they would clean it were very abrupt with there answer in a minute. Also the quality of hot food on offer was over cooked or under cooked ie the sausages looked as if they had been boiled not cooked. I have stayed at a few of your hotels but in future I think I will look else were when booking.
Adjoining room doors impacted the privacy. Could hear everything being said in adjoining room
Staff Room Food Area Bar
There was nothing to dislike.
Free newspapers. Good clean modern room. Comfortable bed
No bacon for breakfast. Could have BBC3 and 4 on the TV
I think the beds could be moor softer.
