Hotel is excellent, quality fittings and very clean, roomy accomadation. Your staff are excellent and always polite. as an ex Premier Inn Manager I was very impressed. breakfast options are excellent.

Whilst the hotel is excellent I feel your choices at evening meal need some attention. You could do with a little more choice, but, more importantly some vegetable options would be an important addition.

Friendly, helpful staff

Room was very poorly lit and felt dull and dingy - mainly due to the colour scheme and the use of pathetic ceiling spot-lights. In the bathroom the lighting isn't suitable for doing makeup, and neither is it good enough in front of the mirror in the main room. Useless for getting ready for a wedding! Please make the rooms feel light and airy with a brighter colour scheme and better positioned lighting.

This hotel is the right place to relax after having made the crossing from Holland to England.

Very comfy rooms and gorgeous decor! Very very nice breakfast that was included! Plenty of me and the girlfriend time!

Very comfy room and excellent breakfast facilities but most of all the value for money from a pensioners point of view!

Lack of storage facilities in room, but acceptable considering it is an Express outlet and not meant for long stays.

the hotel was almost everything we wanted, clean, friendly and excellent value for money.

The bed was so soft, we had gone to bed early (10.00pm) as we had an early start the next day, but at 12.20am we had not had any sleep due to the softness of the bed, we then rang the reception to ask for extra bedding in order for us to use the sofa bed!!

I loved the friendleyness of the staff and the excellent breakfast provided within the room price. Shall definatly use Holiday Inn again.

Uncomfortable mattress and no gluten free breakfast available on the first morning despite being requested when we booked

Room was lovely and clean,lovely large shower,beds comfy,staff very polite and lovely breakfast

Breakfast plates could of been bigger they weren't a normal size dinner plate but a side plate couldn't get 2 pieces of toast on them

The location was quiet and the hotel looked as new. Very pleasent staff and a good price for the room.

The food left much to be desired, I wouldn't eat the hotel food again. Pricey for the quality of the meal.

Staff not at desk on reception mid-afternoon (4pm approx); Bed had very soft mattress, and all felt weak and likely to collapse, wobbled badly - unacceptable
