good size room, clean and shower perfect, beds comfortable.
breakfast eggs too watery, fgood not always hot when it should be , rest quite good.
The staff were great and very helpful. Great facilities the room could do with a hoover after each stay not just bed change
Dirty carpet not hoovered
Exceptional staff couldnt be more helpful. Large spacious room. Late checkout. Everything i wanted.
There was nothing i didnt like.
They had no bacon for 2 days...
The rooms and hotel was propa clean and tidy and cozy
Wen I had to check out
Lovely welcome at reception, nicely appointed rooms with a big beautiful bathroom.
If you are staying over the weekend and intend on eating breakfast I would reccommend you try and get up and downstairs as early as possible.Because from 9 oclock onwards it is bedlam.not enough tables available when everybody wants to eat at once.No bacon served and the sausage has got to be the most tasteless excuse for a sausage I have ever been served.
BREAKFASTNOISE OF AIR CONDITIONING
Everything... Lenka and Jo are a credit to the hotel! Fabulous service and friendly smiles....

I was really happy with this hotel
most of the stay . Staff was very helpful and polite, Natasha in the breakfast room went out of her way to be helpful. The welcome started as soon as we walked though the door. Many thanks
Only thing we were a little disappointed about was there wasn't enough milk and coffee in the room.
After staying in a poor hotel in the Luton area, we decided to try Holiday Inn. We were very relieved - it was spotlessly clean and like a breath of fresh air compared to where we had stayed before. The staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast. By far the best hotel in the Dunstable area.
It would have been helpful if the staff extended the 'best' possible price to us in the first place - we looked on-line and got better pricing which we had to go back to the front desk to have it applied to us. The breakfast was good - but after staying a few days in a row - it was slightly disappointing that it was the same hot meal every single day...
the food was great, the staff were very helpful and the comfort of the hotel was ideal for us. Even though it was a short stay it was a very enjoyable one. They will be seeing us again.
Clean bathroom, nice shower. Free wi fi, reasonable breakfast.
Knob on inside shower door should have been a handle. fresh fruit not good mixture . People on heart tablets not allowed to eat grapefruit yet it was combined with other fruits. Better separate. Trays needed for breakfast. Better quality mattresses needed.
clean,good size rooms,facilities
noisy bedroom doors, poor quality mattress, delay in checking in
Staff very promptly fixed the shower
If I turned the power of the shower up it went cold. Staff were very prompt in resolving this however.
Room and Breakfast
evening dining selection and value for money not so good to complete the breakfast to full english bacon would be nice
Cleanliness, Secure Door and Window, Quiet although next to the main A505. Friendly and helpful Staff. Plentiful and varied breakfast. A very decent Tea and Coffee machine. The orange juice was not watered down. A good supply of hot water for showering and shaving.
No useful hooks in Bathroom, only one chair for a two person occupancy. Although there was plenty of room to put some, there was no drawer or shelf space so you had to live from a suitcase.
Bed was uncomfortable - a dip in the middle caused us to roll inwards. Continental breakfast was good but orange juice was weak and scrambled eggs anaemic. However, there was plenty to eat.
Good modern hotel with excellent facilities.
The breakfast could do with improving by having bacon and fried eggs available instead of just scrambled eggs.
The hotel was convenient and the staff very helpful. The room we had was very clean and comfortable and functional. The décor was modern and light and it was convenient for an overnight stay.
The tea facilities in the room were minimal. We had a evening meal in the bar which was of an extremely poor standard. We ordered a burger and and the"award winning" pie. Both were disappointing The breakfast was Ok but again, the standard of the produce, in our opinion, was poor.
We asked to change room when we arrived. The staff member we asked was very helpful and changed our room immediately without aby fuss.
Excellent hotel overall
Very busy in the breakfast room
The hotel is new. It is scrupulously clean and quiet. I travelled with a baby, the cot was already set up and made up on our arrival. Very nice breakfast, good variety, and included in the price. Both heating and air conditioning in the room so you choose the exact temperature of the room. Parking included in the price.
Very little. We arrived very late and called ahead to let them know but that information wasn't passed on so we nearly got classed as a no-show. The light in the bathroom was very dim and the soap dispenser in the shower had fallen off the wall. But all these things were negligible really.
