Excellent hospitality from all staff. Thanks a lot !
The location, clean ,great choice at breakfast
No bacon for breakfast
it was quiet and the bed was comfortable
the reception area smelt of drains the shower lacked power and wasn't very hot the breakfast regime was like a cattle shed
I loved how warm and welcoming the staff were when we first arrived the prices of the drinks at the hotel were a little expencive but all in all it was a wonderful weekend :)
The drinks in the hotel bar were a little expencive and the plates at breakfast were a little small
Close to everything
Bacon should be available at breakfast
Very friendly helpful staff, location not very pretty but easy walk to centre and university, breakfast good, room quiet and spacious and comfortable
wifi low speed but reliable
Staff all very helpful & welcoming. Very clean & modern. Relaxing bar. Comfy bed.good parking.
Pillows both soft & hard were hard.
Good location. Lovely breakfast. Safe parking. Friendly helpful staff. Close to the shops and attractions
The weather, but that is,s under no one's control.
the staff were very helpful and the food very nice. I enjoyed my stay.
help, courtesy of staff, cleanliness
hot breakfast options very limited (beans, sausage, scrambled egg only)...traditional breakfast should be available in my opinion the bar had no draft Guinness. Given the limited appeal of lager and nitro Boddingtons, draft Guinness would have been a reasonable option for the more discerning drinker
Rooms ok staff friendly and helpful
Location. No view. Cramped buffet breakfast area
comfy beds cleanliness helpful staff
location - too far out no evening meal nearest restaurants only accessible with 15 minutes walk and in a young people's area noisy group shouting in car park in front of entrance for at least 30 minutes noise from building site
Room was clean and spacious. Free wi-fi and friendly staff
Duvet was abit noisy, like turning over on a crisp packet.
The friendly helpful staff. The good breakfast. The spacious room. The location.
Everything about the horl was great - location, value for money, the staff, the room, the breakfast - no negatives at all!
There was nothing I didn't like!
Great value for money. Can't find the smallest fault
it was close to city centre, was able to leave car and walk there
we wasn't told before hand that there would be a £5 nightly parking fee, the matress was too soft and for the first night I slept on the settee in the room, for the size of the hotel we found the breakfast area small and busy.
Being able to bring in 3 friends to have a lateish (11 30pm) cup of coffee in the lounge
There were problems at breakfast. It would help if there were trays so that people don't have to go back to the food and drink area so often. Also one morning one member of staff shut down the hot drinks provider at exactly 9 30 when a little flexibility would have been helpful.
10 min walk to waterfront, good car park, excellent helpful staff
nothing to not like
10 min walk to Marina. Staff very helpful
Busy location. Carpark entrance not immediately obvious and sat nav takes you wrong way to it.
Friendly staff nice room
Extra cost of parking
Staff so helpful.
Ick so had to cut short our visit. Staff could not do enough for me
Location was ok and only 10 mins walk, staff were excellent and it was clean , will return and would recommend this hotel
No bacon for breakfast
Very helpful staff. 10 min walk to riverside bars and restraunts.
Not enough choice for cooked breakfast. No sea view.
