Opposite the impressive Lincoln Cathedral and a 5-minute walk from the city centre is The Lincoln Hotel.
Score from 721 reviews Very good
With a waterfront location, this 4-star hotel has a rooftop restaurant and a bar, both with views across Lincoln’s skyline.
Score from 678 reviews Fabulous
Pride of Lincoln by Good Night Inns offers everything under one roof: A striking hotel with dining, a beer garden with an outside play area for children, and parking for over 300 cars.
Score from 436 reviews Good
Price good selection for breakfast good amenities and friendly staff
Nice people Comfortable rooms
A bit desolate opposite a retail park outside town, 10 bitterly cold minutes walk from the station!
Good value, easy to find from motorways.
Building site next door. Not near restaurants so a bit of driving to be done
The service we good the room was comfortable and the price fantastic.
The shower was not Co stand it was hot then cold then hot then cold.the TV chanel a were very limited but we did not go to watch tv
The hotel was very good and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was adequate parking available. It is near the waterfront area without being too close so it's still quiet.
Would have liked more friendly to diabetics options in the cereal department at breakfast and although we paid on arrival they tried to charge us again in the morning.
Everyone who dealt with us in the hotel was very pleasant. Good car park and easy to find. Mature couple in our case meant my sister and I who met for the weekend.
The staff The shower
The late breakfast The wi fi
All of it
Everything; so good that I have booked another 3 rooms for a family stay in a few weeks.
A very slight disappointment that the breakfast bar choice was very limiting for a diabetic.
This hotel is in a brilliant location just a 2 minute walk to the city centre with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to go at. My wife and I have stayed here just before Christmas for the last 2 years and we will definitly be staying again
Surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. Room was, as expected, spacious and very clean. We could control the temperature. Shower great. Breakfast had good range of food.
Had difficulty finding entrance to car park as road is un adopted yet and has no signage. New building next door, so lot of sand blowing about outside in windy weather.
good location ,very clean and good facilities and very good shower
difficult to find due to building work next door obscuring hotel sign drove past 3 times looking for building as in photo on booking.com
The car park was on site we paid about £5.00 for the night and went shopping the next day and was told by the staff we could leave the car there until we were ready, excellent
the staff were very helpful and friendly
the air conditioning was slightly noisy
Price and location
we like everything
did not like the fact we had to pay £5.00 for car parking i think if you are staying at the hotel that should be free
Excellent location for the city centre and university .
There was no bacon and eggs dur to the heated plate not working .
we were only about 5 minutes from the town centre but there were other shops across the road and at the side lots of them breakfast was ok and the free wifi was good
the extra £5 per night charge for parking just bumps up the room rate through the back door and. I seemed to have to continue logging in on the wifi but that might have been my fault but I would go here again
We stayed during the Christmas market weekend. Staff were excellent. We arrived very early at 11am and were able to check in and our room was ready.
The bed was disappointing and the pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable, so didn't get a very good nights sleep.
Location, first class breakfast, value for money
Nothing to dislike
this hotel is excellent for visiting Lincoln. Near enough for a ten minute stroll to take you to the castle area. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the hotel. The breakfast was adequate. Would recommend this hotel without a doubt.
The hotel is conveniently located to walk into Lincoln, at a far more reasonable price than more central accommodation. The hotel is clean and fresh looking throughout. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
There was a strange aroma in and around the reception area at all times, most noticeable upon immediate entry. The effect subsided with the duration of time spent in the local proximity. Table layout at breakfast was not great for accessibility; particularly when the hotel is busy.
