Clean, modern and location close to city centre. Breakfast included. Good and easy parking. Parking charges. No daily variation in limited buffet breakfast.

A smart modern hotel well situated for the city centre. Room was a good size and had all that was needed for a weekend away. The buffet breakfast was very good and the food served in the restaurant was OK and edible. The staff were helpful and efficient, especially Dan who was very friendly. Two observations - The chairs in the dining area are too heavy and cumbersome and the seating and table arrangement in this area needs a re-think. Also the window blinds in the dining area are for decoration only but the room is very sunny, especially in the morning, so again maybe a re-think on this would be good so that the blinds can be lowered and tilted to stop the sun shining in your eyes!

Really impressed by value for money in a v nice and excellent situation. We went to a wedding at Doddington Hall - really close for that and for Lincoln - which so excelled expectations - cathedral phenomenal - castle - victorian atmosphere amazing even the weather was fine. The staff - I had thought of writing to your ho to say what an amazing bloke (young dark hair?) on Sunday 11 Breakfast/checkout - what an asset to your company - Last time I stayed at hi years ago it was dire - what an improvement - and we got 3 in a room which no other place offered - job well done Pillows a tad hard - and that's looking for something negative!

This is a very reasonbly priced hotel in an excellent location. We need to stay in Lincoln annually for an event and it was a very comfortable time. Within easy reach of the Lincoln showground. Also near to the waterfront restaurants which did not disappoint. We have recommended it to others who did not have such a convenient and comfortable stay in the area.

I thought the hotel was very clean and the reception staff were very helpful. We did arrive at the hotel a bit early but our room was ready and we were given our keys and shown straight to our room.I Would definately recommend this Hotel to anyone who is visiting Lincoln. The only thing that let the hotel down if anything was the choice of food in the evening, if you did not want to go out to eat, al;though there were plenty of placed close by that you could go to eat.

price & position with regard to relatives. door access card kept losing its magnetic information even though not near any other magnetic source requiring a trip down from 5th. floor on three occaisions once using the stairs bringing an asthma attack.

The price was the thing that caught my eye, 2 nights stay for two people in a good hotel with breakfast included, all for £80! We both thought it was marvelous. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and the staff where helpful.

Close proximity to city centre, good price & good location Really disappointing with very poor tv channels not working & with management not knowing what the problem was and when it would be fixed! It never got fixed even thou mgmt said the were 99% certain it would be.

Staff were friendly upon arrival room was clean That you have to pay for the car park I felt that this was a bit dissapointing as when hi booked I was not aware of this! As a guest you would assume that it would be a given that it would be free or at least refundable upon checking out. Bit of a money scam ! Tv also kept cutting out

The Hotel is ideally located and easy access by car. Close enough to the city centre to walk to shops and attractions. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, with a good range of choice. ALL the staff are always heplful, welcoming and very friendly. Not enough coffee, sugar in the room.

Price, Location, Friendly Staff, Drinks machine Glass Panel in Shower room which meant if the night light was use it lit the whole bedroom up as there is a mirror opposite the glass panel. Back ground music and the sound of the TV with breakfast. We just like quiet. If we have TO CHOSE just the TV please. The fruit was of poor quality split bananas and bruise apples (Please may we have English apples) .

We got a fantastic offer of a double room for £40 which was excellent value. The hotel is modern and clean and was only a short walk from the city centre. There is plenty of parking at the Hotel (is a £5 charge) and breakfast was included in the price and was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.
