Clean room, good disabled facilities.

Hostile and unhelpful receptionist.I am a disabled Pensioner and on checking in I wished to pay by cash as I do not carry cards with me.I was informed most abruptly that I would have to produce proof of ID or I would have to leave.Luckily I had my Blue Badge which I do not normally carry and showed this. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Hotels and never had a problem with paying cash. i

The day the bedclothes were changed, a teddybear that was in the bed was also taken and also I asked the reception to try to recover it, the teddybear was lost.

Easy to get to central London from hotel

Just next to subway stop. Decent value for the money. Eco-friendly hotel. Free breakfast buffet. Clean room.

Expensive Wi-Fi connection, no working workstation in the hotel. Free breakfast, but food just OK.

Breakfast was a bit cheap,I would pay £5 more fore some bacon and tomatoes. Staff were excellant!

Bit of a smell when you flushed the loo- plumbing must have been a bit iffy

INTERNET IS £7 A DAY - and this is 2013!!!! Location is not Wimbledon South but Colliers Wood.We needed to change keys a number of times because they didn't work. Food overpriced and AWFUL! Breakfast pretty poor. An empty beer bottle from a previous guest was left in our room throughout our stay - etc.

The 'hot' breakfast was limited and looked like the same food had been presented day after day - just reheated

The room was adequate although as it was for 2 people 2 chairs would have been better. Beds were comfortable with good bedding.

The inside of the bathroom door had not been cleaned very well as there had obviously been something liquid that had run down the door under the window part of the door, also I think an actual door on the shower would have been nicer than the shower curtain. Parking was very difficult on site and we just managed to squeeze our small car into a space that the bins were in, I think the £10.00 charge for this was rather excessive

That staff at reception divulge personal details of guest staying,in hotel ie last four digits of credit card ,car was parked there. When they checked in and out also saying that the guest was staying at the hotel. They given to much information to someone who stays at hotel when someone calls to find out if a guest is staying at your hotels. Should tell caller that they cannot divulge that information.

My partner was going into hospital the next day and we asked for a quiet room and the one we had was perfect so that we could relax.

The only fault we had was that we were cold in the room.

It was handy for meeting up with our son who lives in Colliers Wood

We couldn't afford to use this hotel as regularly as we would like so would have to use a hotel further away from Colliers Wood. A reduction if no breakfast was needed would help

Shower didn't work , small room

Super friendly staff! Nice bar and the room was perfect! Beds were comfy and pillows also! Just 20 minutes away from city center via tube! Definitely coming back! Best price for this kind of hotel. Restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby.

Breakfast was little bit odd.

Not a fitted sheet on the bed , flat sheet was very uncomfortable moving all the time

Hotel is so close to underground. Staff were very pleasant.

Breakfast was only very fair, sausages were dry and tasted strange but croissants were nice.

Staff let me use room for the day after reservation problem and refunded reservation penalty fee and gave me a reduced rate for the use of the room during the day only. Sidi was very helpful.

Should have some light lunch meals available at the bar for late risers or people arriving early before room is ready.

Limited parking. Peso £10 per night for secure parking, and no space on second night. Told first come first served. Very poor!

Great quality, hotel recently refurbed.

Breakfast, caous, little staff overworked,v.poor breakfast, waiting time v.long, no cups/knives/spoons/glasses, when food arrived not eddible.

Provides you with the essential needs to stay in comfortably without any frizz. Good staff, clean rooms, good cable Tv. Most of all, it is the perfect location for both tube and bus access.

I prefer worm colour lights in the rooms instead of the white florescent like ones, but that's just me.
