the way the self-service was run not a very good sitting plan not everyone likes high chairs also food cold and having to wait for food coming was not good something needs to be done

Entrance a bit odd due to adjacent works. May be OK when they are finished.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and the rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Extremely uncomfortable sofa bed, mattress was thin and lumpy. I didn't sleep :(

The staff are polite and friendly, answered every question confidently and efficiently. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The room was was very clean and the bathroom was very spacious.

Very comfortable and a beautiful shower room that was immaculate. Good location for getting to the Arena and for using public transport to see Manchester.

No secure dedicated parking. Had to park the car in a derelict sight behind the hotel which is run by Europarks. It was dark and intimidating at night, just glad my husband and I were together as it's not in area I would like to have walked alone in.

Poor lighting-had to stand by window when putting makeup on to avoid orange marks! But that is all!!!

It was clean and new in look/style

Parking. Even drop off bags is an issue as can't get access easily to front of building. Appreciate most are close to parking and a small walk, which it was, but access was is very poor, struggled to find a way in!

Having to wait 15 mns as bookng.com had not booked us into he hotel

No drop off point at front of hotel. Noisy heating system - had to get up during the night to switch it off. Bed too soft for me (but that's personal preference). No bacon for breakfast!!

Hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Big shower and good sized rooms for a short stay. Free Wi-Fi and free breakfast in the morning. In a great location for the Northern Quarter.

The hotel was extremely clean and was very posh for a 3 star Hotel. The location is great for the MEN Arena and has many restaurants and shops nearby.

The breakfast is what lets it down. They need more options.

Such an amazing location, cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, staff were so friendly, the rooms huge and spacesious!! Going back again for sure!!

Some of the breakfast cutlery and glass wear weren't the cleanest.. A bit off putting.. But breakfast was amazing not one issue with the food!
