Good location. Decent breakfast. Blunt staff. The shower flooded. The shower was running for 5 minutes when the plug blocked up and the water began to rise like a bath-tub. It happened in such a short spate of time we didn't realise. It rose and flooded over the shower cubicle ridge and under the door hinge. When we complained about this we were told we were in a "disabled room" and that the shower was "made like that". I'm unsure what advantage this is for somebody who is disabled, in fact if anything it would make the whole activity of showering more difficult. Anyway this impeded our night out as we couldn't shower properly beforehand.

It was easy to book, clean, comfortable and finished to a high standard. Very convenient for a night out with colleagues and our course the following day. The room was very stuffy - I normally sleep with the window open and air conditioning isn't the same as fresh air. One of my colleagues was locked out of her room and I was very surprised that they didn't seem to have a manual override for the electronic lock. When we booked we were told we would be in rooms close together, but rooms weren't assigned until we arrived so we were actually all over the place.

Friendly staff, and close to my meeting venue. There could be a better thing as wardrobe and a bit more variety for breakfast.

The convienience of its location. The cleanliness of the hotel and its security. My only dislike regarding the hotel was that breakfast wasn't included in the price I paid for my stay.

Nice clean room, fair size bed, more than one pillow which is always a bonus and a lovely new and clean bathroom...most important! Tea and coffee making facilities are advertised but it turns out that its only for 1 cup each so beware!!! This hotel was well situated for where I wanted to be but that may not be the case for you so do your reseach well before you book and I feel personally its a bit too expensived based on the location and the facitlities

The breakfast is the same every single day. If you stay more days (we does 4) it is the risk to become depressive. To let the luggages at the reception is a subject of 3 pounds / day / pack ??????

Nice modern hotel, clean, deliciously huge shower, impeccable staff. I asked for a high up room with a nice view (view of the skyline and Hilton Hotel is so gorgeous) but I got 3rd floor with no view, but then I did book late, within a week of going.

The room was immaculate, and ideal location there was only one lift working and it took ages. Also for breakfast there was only scramble egg, bacon beans and toast. There should have been more variety.

The view, through full length windows, from our room on the 9th floor over the city was fantastic. The shower was the best I have used in a hotel of this price, anywhere. The breakfast, when we eventually got it, was very adequate and the staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. However there were some issues: - the room heating/air conditioning control unit kept crashing after just a few minutes. Obviously, the windows did not open, so the room became very stuffy. -there were 2 lifts but one of them was out of action on both days. The remaining lift was overcrowded in the mornings, with queues waiting. Even the stairs were busy. -Breakfast was hopelessly overcrowded after around 0930. -The legs on the bed collapsed. No! Not what you're thinking by the way, and no I'm not overweight and nor is my partner. The breakfast, when we eventually got it, was very adequate and the staff everywhere were friendly and helpful.
