Very easy access from motorway but tranquil and quiet. Rooms and facilities including the breakfast were excellent. Perfect for an overnight stop

How crowded the motorway was after we took too long over the breakfast

Staff were helpful. Room decor was up to date and the bathroom was superb. Shower was great-not the usual trickle but a nice gush of water. Lovely breakfast with many choices

Good location close to motorway. Great breakfast, all regularly topped up.

We were in a disabled access room which was spacious and comfortable. Staff (with one minor exception) were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Happily provided us with a lighter duvet. Breakfasts were good, dinner menu looked good and reasonable value for money though we didn't try it. Handily situated for m6 access. Very good value through Booking.com (£53 per night including breakfast). Overall very impressed.

Would have liked a proper wardrobe in room, and / or more storage for clothes. Shower gel ran out and took 2 days to replace despite us asking for more; the one member of staff who was a little surly noted down our request but it didn't get done. No major issues though.

The service and staff were exceptional, extremely nice to my wife too.

Clean, well run hotel. Nice decor in the rooms - the bathroom looked really modern, the wallpaper was a nice touch, very comfortable bed! Liked that breakfast was included and the buffet felt calm and well organised.

Check in and check out was with the same receptionist - I think her name was Jessica and she might have been German. Highly efficient, but literally didn't crack a smile once, and at check out scarcely even made eye contact.

Fresh art work and overall design. Breakfast was very good.

Poor quality, 'dippy' mattress. In such a new hotel it seemed like a bed that had been slept in by guests for years without being replaced.

Ideal location for what we wanted. Breakfast is lovely, beds comfy and pillows lovely.

Menu isnt too big however, we had takeaway delievered the second night so it was ideal!

No bath: shower only (but I may have missed a need to specify) Our room was opposite the stairs resulting in constant banging door as people came and went Would have preferred secure WiFi connection "Hot" breakfast options were lukewarm and the apple juice dispenser was empty (however, when I mentioned this it was immediately refilled)

Basic but modern, but very clean and updated bedroom good bed and bedding. Excellent toilet and bathroom facilities. Good breakfast especially as it was inclusive of price. Appreciated free I paper.

Room was brilliant especially the shower. Very clean and suited my purpose well.

The food was rubbish. Breakfast was little choice. Dinner - ran out of steak early in the evening and the fish and chip option I chose wasn't very warm. In fact it was almost cold before I finished. Improvements in this area would be good as I am possibly staying there again in the future.
