Good location.

Very friendly staff, helpful when needed directions. Breakfast was value for money and hotel was clean and well situated for our needs.

Public transport nearby and in vicinity of Putney Bridge for rowing.

Everything was O.K.

Location, friendly staff, no fuss and just what we wanted.

The small glass shelf over the towel rail is a killer. I bent down to dry my face and whacked my forehead on the corner. Very painful but no damage done.

Cheap. Location great for party we were attending down the road.

We got there and were told that despite booking a double room that there were next to none available. There was one on the GF next to the lift or one with no heating. As a young couple we did not want to stay in a twin room. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 11am. We got there at 10am and there was nothing and by 10:15 they were clearing everything away.

it was very clean the staff were helpful and friendly

i would have liked a few more teabags in my room and i wasnt that keen on the breakfast the baked beans were a bit like school dinners and the bread for toast was the type of cheap bread that i would never buy

Was a really important weekend for me & my girlfriend, The overall stay was superb thanks to a nice hotel with friendly staff :-)

Last min booking good price. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Clean room. Rooms ready when we arrived. Parking.

One room very cold . air conditioning on . heating did not work. Although staff very good they did not respond to this, so I would say they heard but did not listen. Breakfast a shambles. No organisation. Needs at least a stop point for waiting to be taken to a table instead of run as fast as you can to get a seat. Came across as a Mc Donalds style affair. Having restaurant area in reception area is also an off putting sight for people booking in. Perhaps a low partion wall to give the feel of entrance rather than "this is what you paid for" feel.

Buon Hotel sicuramente, bella camera, confortevole... Solo che non essendo vicinissimo alla metro ma bensi ai treni nazionali, se si rientra in tarda serata bisogna prendere o il bus oppure scendere alla metro vicina 1,5 km e camminare o prendere il bus. Market aperto 24h proprio accanto l' hotel....tutto sommato il giudizio è più che positivo. Ad un prezzo ragionevole è assolutamente consigliato

Reception organised room where I wanted with nice large bed, which was comfortable clean and good pillows.The location was very conveneant for me. Staff were most helpful and friendly. There is an excellant pub / reataurant just around the corner and nice place for walk along the river.

No safe for laptop or money in room.No room to leave your case after check out , although staff were so good they looked aftermine as best they could without...

Booked mainly based upon location as near to an event I was attending on the Saturday evening, and because I would be guaranteed on a certain standard of accomodation having stayed at Holiday inn Express sites previously.
