The bed and aircraft noise
Room was clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Lovely shower.
Breakfast was very basic with a limited choice of hot food. Food items were constantly running low and replenished very slowly so that our family didn't actually end up eating at the same time.
The hotel was clean and had a complete no smoking policy, even in the courtyard. Staff very helpful.
Breakfast. Beans, scrambled egg and sausage not what I call a cooked breakfast. Recently removed bacon and other items from breakfast. 20 minute walk into town.
Good location and parking. Free WiFi. Nice building and facilities.
Poor breakfast. Staff attitude. Poor housekeeping.
Accommodation was in walking distance to most things
Having to pay for parking
The hotel was lovely and clean and close to Legoland. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was no bath, we could hear people in the room above. No English breakfast and baked beans were extremely runny.
Staff were very helpful
Breakfast was poor
Hotel was clean and tidy in a good location
Poorly trained staff had to wait at reception until somebody turned up to check in always had to wait a long time for a drink was never nobody atv the check in desk or bar and when there was they didn't know what they were doing and they needed the manger who was needed everywhere because people weren't trained properly
The sofa bed in my room , room 106 in the Windsor hotel ripped my clothes when I went to sit down . This could be dangerous to young kids.
The location was excellent for our family within easy walking distance of Windsor town centre and just a coue of minutes by car to Legoland. A comfortable bed and great value for money.
Breakfast was ok for the budget but would suggest berries (frozen or tinned would be fine) instead of tinned pears.
Very friendly and supportive staff.
This form as question 1 does not give an option for Mother and daughter I've had to tick mature couple which we aren't but nothing else fits!
the staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help me. Darius was extremely pleasant and brought us additional towels, linen and made up the bed on our arrival,he also obtained an additional duvet to put on top of mattress as the springs were all sticking through and the bed was uncomfortable.
not enough towels in room, sofa bed was not made and no linen provided. the mattres on the sofa required replacing as the springs were sticking out.
staff, location, comfy beds
not enough cups, glasses and tea coffee or milk in room, although plenty available in dining area.
Generally good clean venue
Given a double bed even though booked with 6 year old daughter, staff did not seem concerned and we managed just...
Staff very friendly and helpful Great location near the river and city centre Comfortable hotel with good hot breakfast and comfortable room
very modern and clean. Breakfast gave good selection.
a bit of a walk to main part of Windsor. Hard for a single lady at night to find somewhere to eat then have to come back to hotel in the dark.
Hair dryer was faulty. Car park too small -and the floor was wet
Spacious room,good facility and location
the staff and hotel was good in general
the fact i had to pay £10 for parking which i didnt know, we had a pull out sofa bed which was not comfortable, we had noisey people above us bumping and banging until after a couple of hours i complained to the desk and it quietened down, the breakfast was abit lacking, no bacon or fried eggs and the toaster didnt work very well, had to toast bread twice for it to be toasted, the lift was poor it seemed to take who ever got in last it went to there floor, had to let down the stair to get to parking
Location was great room very comfortable and clean
Breakfast very limited ,toaster was a nightmare although I didn't use it ,it was very congested in the rather small breakfast area
The hotel was lovely the staff was fab nothing was any trouble for them
I think the menu could do with a bit more choice
Location and cleanliness. All very good.
Problem on check out, car parking paid for on arrival but receptionist did not document this and tried to get us to pay again!
The location was perfect for Legoland and a walk into Windsor. The staff were helpful and gave us a map of windsor and how to walk there. There was parking on site and we arrived around 7:30pm. Rooms were a good size with air conditioning.
They evening dinner menu was limited, more like a snack menu and in fact they had run out of a few things which was very dissapointing with such limited options. Breakfast was self service but was very busy and we had to wait for cultery, then plates, then cups and hot water so we eneded up all having breakfast a different times, staff seemed rushed and harrassed.
The front desk people were pleasant and helpful, and the place was very clean, with lots of daylight. We enjoyed the English breakfast. Walking distance to the Castle and a short ride to the train station are both pluses.
The dinner menu was limited.

Mattress on sofa bed was shocking.
