Complete with free parking, very comfortable rooms and an on-site Chef and Brewer restaurant, this Premier Inn is a great base for Silverstone Race Circuit (2 miles/3.2 km).
Score from 142 reviews Very good
Everything except price.
Cost is a bit high for mature couple.
The friendly staff, the lovely breakfast in with our great price and our close location to Banbury town centre!!!
bed was very comfy! and th choice of pillows perfect
room could of been a little warmer
Air conditioning in bedroom felt cold most of time
Location, staff, food.
The springy mattress, the price.
Everything, location and rooms are good if working locally
Quiet room, free wifi
Breakfast very mediocre. No bacon!! And no eggs when we were there. Beds soft and not good formbad backs.
Rooms were large clean and comfortable
Very clean, good room and excellent breakfast
WiFi did not work:( Had to wait for Receptionist to appear on arrival and when she did she wasn't very friendly and nobody at the desk in the morning to say goodbye.
Everything great no problems - nice room and good breakfast
Well located for the motorway and onward travel. Clean and warm.
Room was on the road side and noisier than I would have expected. Perhaps need to consider extra sound insulation/ triple glazing?
For example Bold Greeb button in lift for Ground Floor
Bar staff helpful & friendly ,but, like most not aware of customers
Good all round
The location was great with good facilities on site and nearby, car parking was good, room was lovely and clean with comfy bed. Free wifi a definite selling point
Reception lady in the morning at check out was poor did not ask about stay, thanks, have a nice day nothing!!
Ease of access from motorway, restaurants on the same site.Very good inclusive breakfast. No noise in the Hotel from the motorway.
The fact that no hot snacks could be obtained in the evening, only things from vending machines.
Hassle free, clean comfortable and value for money.
Easy Parking, and very clean hotel
Breakfast very limited - no beacon or eggs - always scrambled eggs!
Great for stopping the one night near Oxford. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet included. Helpful staff.
A bit noisy. Not great value.
Access to hot drinks 24hrs. Self service breakfast
Convenience and also good 'express breakfast' Very reasonable price.
everything was fantastic.Just small problems. i can return and i recommend for friends.
-there was some dust on the mobile. -I asked for a quiet room and the room i received was close to the lifts. -The cleaner forgot to leave toilet paper. (we needed to ask for) -the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep.
Mattress was comfortable Shower and bathroom was very good Lobby area/lounge looked good Continental breakfast was good and included in the price of the room. Plenty of parking space
Staff appeared bored, disinterested and unfriendly. Very unwelcoming at arrival. Each time we entered or exited the hotel, the staff had their backs to the guests as they watched the telly. At breakfast, they stood as a strangely off putting huddle of miserable people, staring at the guests getting their breakfasts. No interaction whatsoever. They looked a bit like they were there as some kind of punishment. Not overtly rude, just totally without enthusiasm. Pillows were very uncomfortable. We discovered that we were adjoined to another room. We could hear the guests talking and the sound of the TV, as they must have been able to hear us. We were woken at 3 am by a very loud and quite scary argument in a near by room. When they started screaming threats at each other I called reception. The reply was ' ok, I'll come up' and the call was ended. I would have liked some apology, reassurance at the time, or the next morning. On the whole, the hotel is good value for money - but it is seriously let down by the attitude of the staff. They need some customer service training. Better still, get them them to observe how staff behave at Premier Inn hotels.
everything was very good and we were able to leave our cases until our daughter could pick them up
The staff and food were excelent, plus the location.
Whilst the facilities were there for tea and coffee there was only enough tea and coffee for one.
VERY CONVENIENT FOR BANBURY CENTRE, AND SURROUNDING AREA. CLEAN, QUIET, CLOSE TO PUB/RESTURANTS AND CAR PARK. ALL I WOULD REQUIRE OF A STOP OVER HOTEL
THERE WAS NOTHING I DIDNT LIKE
