Staff were great. Rooms very clean. Food was tastey.
Location for Wolverhampton race course, very friendly helpful staff, room very nice and breakfast fantastic
Close to our friend's home where party was taking place. Very reasonable price for room only but felt that breakfast was very over priced so didn't have this.
Price and location.
Ripped bedsheet.some staff not hospitable, girl on reception was good.
Staff were great and helpful throughout my stay. Easy to find and free car parking. Hotel is more personal than most chain hotels and you get a sense of welcome and a very caring attitude.
Nothing - would return.
one night stay only
Looking for the reception ext number. It should be marked on the phone. Picked a plate up to put my cooked breakfast on and there was a hair on it. Lift was a bit slow had to keep pressing button until the red light came on.
Room was a little cold, couldn't see any adjustment in the way of a room thermostat to warm the room
Loved the relationship between the racecourse and hotel - didn't have to go outside!!!
The bed and pillows were a bit hard for my taste, premier inn provide the best in a similar price range
Staff were very friendly, room was cosy, bed was comfy and the pillows were just right. Food, whilst menu seemed limited ( vegetarian), was of a superb quality.
The only thing that would have been nice was to be there when a race was on and not the day prior !
Lovely comfortable room met our requirements. Nice to be able to enjoy the race night and within the same building go up one flight of stairs to our room
Friendly Staff Good Location
clean and comfortable. great for the horse racing and excellent polite staff.
Very day I had to ask for a towel to be bought up. It was a twin room with my friend and I booked in. Still only one towel left daily. We ask for some advise in reception. We were interrupted by another customer and waited 40 mins the girl never came back to us, we left in the end.
I loved that the hotel was on site at the racecourse. The food in Horizons restaurant was very good as were the staff.
Room was tired and in need of upgrade as was the bathroom. The noise from staff disposing of bottles after midnight was horrendous from the rooms that pay a premium to overlook the parade ring.
Comfortable bed and bathroom was lovely
The fact the TV in the room didn't work, was told I could use the wifi for free for my sons tablet and the internet wasn't working either so my son was very agitated
rain on roof irritating when trying to sleep with window open because rather warm room.
Easy to find and accessible from main routes. Good quality restaurant and good menu choices. Gym and access to track within racecourse for running. Friendly and helpful staff.
A long way from rail station. No real ales at the bar. Poor information about Wi-Fi
Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms basic but clean and tidy.
Double bed and bath quite small and I'm a size 12 Its not in walking distance into town especially after getting off bus from V festival.
Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel was nice and quiet, room service available
Handy location for a short stay over.
Bar Tarrif is a little high and there is no free wifi access even in the public areas..
Excellent friendly staff, helped with anything I needed during my stay.
price versus quality
no airco on the room
I was attending a Camera fair to be held at the racecourse the next day and so I like the fact that the hotel was part of the racecourse complex. The rooks were OK and the shower was brilliant - so powerful that it washed an exfoliated at the same time!
The lobby and bar had all the atmosphere of a deserted railway waiting room and the hotel was so noisy! My room appeared to be above an air conditioning outlet, at the front of the hotel. There were noisy guests holding loud conversations at 2.45 am, and later, and vehicles seemed to be coming and going in the car park throughout the night. I had a lousy night's sleep.
The staff are more polite n friendly, n rooms are very good
Excellent staff in all ares lovely meal beautiful setting
Rooms could do with a bit of a up date to match bathroom also woken up early 7 am by room service for next door room not great on a sunday
