Room service was fast and the staff would help you with any quirie as much as possible. My partner is a vegetarian and requested no meat on her breakfast but two sausages found the way onto her plate from breakfast in our room. The price of things on the menu are not as they seem because you would expect the price to include VAT but that us added on at the end of your stay. Value for money ruined our trip with the nasty surprise at the end. Wouldnt go again.

Good venue convenient for all major traffic routes and set in an interesting setting close to the racecourse. Breakfast was very ordinary with some of the hot food had obviously been cooked for a long time and was dried out and cold. This is particularly disapointing as the breakfast is not cheap.

the staff were fantastic really friendly and helpful. food was excellant both evening and breakfast. room was really clean and comfy. fab location as we had a night at wolverhampton races which was brilliant. will be staying again 10 out of 10 brilliant.
