Close to Gatwick. Recommend for staying over Advertised bus transfer - didn't advertise that it's not complimentary (3 gbp one way as of now.

High level of service. Dealt with problems calmly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss. Nice gesture of free drinks vouchers (we were in Gatwick overnight on our way to our honeymoon destination. Uniformity of layout and decor. The feeling that you could br anywhere in the world.

We stayed there because we had an early flight. We signed up for the breakfast, but because of the time of the flight we were leaving before breakfast. We left the breakfast card on the door and asked if something could be left at our door in the A.M. really really early ... sure enough our request was met. Very clean room, well appointed. I'd stay again there. I didn't like that we had to pay to use the bus service; however, I guess that is typical of hotels that service the airport. But I think the price should have been included in the hotel charges.

I was very dissapointed as I booked my holiday through yourselves and had opted for a double room, only to be told that I did not specify what type of room and we found a twin room awaiting us. When we complained that this is not what we booked, we were treated like people who booked through a non-existance site cause they said to me that because I had used booking.com, they did not get the information, but just that I was allergic to dust. I did not know that when one goes on a site and choose a double room for 2, you also have to ask for a double bed, is that not just obvious, why ask then wether someone wants a double, twin or other rooms. I am extremely dissapointed cause it ruined my last night with my partner before I was to fly out.

The room was very comfortable and had a modern, flat screen TV with internet access. (I have seen some antique equipment in other hotels I have stayed in) On arrival I found that parking was rather chaotic and the signs rather meaningless. Although I experienced no problems with parking the first impression was not good.

For an Airport hotel, I found the staff refreshingly polite and helpful without being condescending. I normally dislike immensly airport hotels.

The safe in the room had been locked by the previous occupant and the reception said it would be opened for us. This did not happen and we had to carry our valuables with us in the Inn which was not convenient. The payment system was so slow that we had to pay cash as we did not have time to hang about waiting for it to free up. Apart from that, the Inn was what we would expect for a brief overnight stay.

Used the hotel before taking a flight early next morning. I liked parking and shuttle service - very nice! The receptionist was super helpful. Because of some event most of the parking was taken and he went out of his way to accommodate my parking. Really awesome! Bed was a bit flimsy (I tried the second one - same thing). Since I really had only a few hours in this hotel, I did not care. However, I would have asked for a different room if I would have stayed more than 1 night.

When I booked for this hotel, it was explained that there was 10 mn walk to join the airport... When it's your first time there, you just can't imagine to walk, and in fact, it would take half an hour of a dangerous quick walk to go to Gatwick Airport... Don't tell this "10 mn walk", you'd better explain the different shuttles...!!!

I have stayed in this hotel twice and the rooms on the ground floor are not great. The walls are paper thin and if you are unlucky enough to have loud people in the next room, good luck getting a nights sleep.

Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the food excellent. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and will stay there again on my next visit to the uk.

It was warm and close to airport , the staff in the restaurant and bar were pleasant and helpful . Our room 406 was right next to the lift shaft and kept us awake all night with the lift going up and down it was appalling !!
