No negatives at all from us

Staff were helpful. Liked a transfer but was expensive, previous experiences was included in pricer;.

Believe I could have got somewhere cheaper and the meal we had in evening was only ok, but for what it was far too expensive.

the ease of check in

there was a lack of signing at Gatwick concerning courtesy coach to the hotel and we were unable to reach anyone on the phone at the hotel for information. To make it worse we paid for the coach!

Good value for money hotel, with very helpful reception and bar staff.

Breakfast options were expensive and unaccomodating.

We had a lovely meal but I had to wait for mine as wrong order came out,by this time my husband had eaten his.The staff dealt with this by refunding part of the bill but my evening was spoilt by eating on my own.

used for convenience to gatwick airport as we had 6-20 flight in morning and had to be there by 4-30am!!

Helpful reception when we needed an early morning flight and we had just missed the 5am shuttle.

Staff were very accommodating to our dietary needs, friendly and helpful. Room service was efficient and food was excellent. The room as clean and spacious. Bus services to and from airport was provided and on time/frequent too. We will definitely stay again~if bus service was free. Convenient location and close to airport and also good for short and quick trips in and out of the city.

Bus service was provided but should have been complimentary since we were guests. Internet service should have been provided and for free for guests especially in the rooms. It was very inconvenient considering there was only 1 computer provided for use.

Nice to chill out before a long trip the next day to Canada.

Overall it was ok for a temp stay. In their web site they shouls state that the shuttle to the airport is $3 and not free.

I could not order breakfast in the cafeteria. I had to take the whole breakfast or was directed to the bar are to have toast and jam with coffee. This is embarrassing. A person should be able to order breakfast items in the cafeetria without having to buy the whole breakfast. Housekeeping need s to improve. Second day I did not have small face towels. Had only two brown sugar sticks when they should have noticed I used all white sugar but none of the brown. Because of the breakfast point. I will not recommend this to friends

My room 409 had no power for TV ,tea making,or trouser press .lady on checkout was curt

(a) Address is Povey Cross Road yet entrance is off the A217, causing us to drive an unnecessary mile along Povey Cross Road! (b) Car park was very uneven, muddy, congested. (c)Breakfast availability was the full service, there was no possibility of a continental-type breakfast for less money

Few toiletries or pillow choice without asking but we arrived so late were too tired to sort this.
