Très facile d'accès depuis les 2 terminaux de l'aéroport Gatwick avec des navettes toutes les 15 minutes. Idéal pour se déplacer ensuite en train ou bus vers toute autre destination.Super accueil et personnel très accueillant. Chambre très confortable Aurai apprécié l'accès wifi gratuit (au moins dans le lobby) |

very comfortable and every possible need catered for. Ideal for the next day flight to Greece. very noisy at night, car park difficult to exit for our early morning flight. |

Good and convenient connection to terminal.Room clean and comfortable and service good and reasonable value for money. The quality of the food needs to improve since it was uninspiring and would not leave a representative impression of the current standards of modern British cuisine.( A handwritten note concerning this was left at the hotel.) |

the hotel was very close to gatwick airport and the transfer bus ran every 15mins. I was not happy to have to pay £10 for a extra day,s parking when I arrived back |

It was convenient to the airport, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Got a light meal after midnight and though I knew they were busy, it came right away. Also, I worried about waiting long to catch the shuttle from the airport at midnight, but it came within minutes of my arrival. Phew! Its just what I expected, though a little less nice. It is what it is - an airport hotel. The room was clean, but something about it was depressing. I also wasn't expecting twin beds. How does Hilton at Heathrow make its rooms looks so great? The rate is twice as much! But still, doesn't seem like it would take much to improve those rooms. Did not look at the reviews online... |

It was convenient and the restaurant was good. The staff at reception were very efficient. Whoever parked my car in the green area left the handbrake off ! |

Very efficiently handled our arrival. There were not problems with the room. Very comfortable and clean. This was a short overnight stay so little time to judge other facilities. As usual with this type of airport hotel food prices are a rip off. |

Proximity to Gatwick Airport Lack of staff genuine interest. Breakfast prices excessive £29 for two well in excess of other hotels and breakfast very basic - leaving us feeling ripped off! |

Modern, clean, good facilities in the room. Regular and reliable shuttle bus. Food was excellent. Reception staff seemed off hand as if going through the motions. One had a poor command of English and I was asked to repeat information I had already given, which was irritating. |
