No Fridge in room
Noisy with people arriving late and leaving early. The bed was so uncomfortable, too soft for me and the pillow was hard. Access to the hotel was difficult and overall not an easy experience.
Location, restaurant, room.
The location near to the airport was good. The hotel was quiet and clean and the staff were friendly. Bus shuttle to and from the airport to the front door of the hotel was efficient. Very comfortable bar and lounge area.
When we arrived at the hotel to check in there four staff members behind the counter. None of them made eye contact with us nor spoke to us. I thought we were at the wrong desk, but no, a most friendly staff member decided to help us. And then try to get a drink at the bar -one poor girl serving, 7 customers lined up waiting. began to wonder if it's Holiday Inn policy to understaff as was the same case at Norwich.
Everything within the hotel
High cost of taxi fares to and from the airport. Shuttle bus was OK.
Parking deal is pretty good. Location excellent - nice quiet rooms. Food and menus available for passing travellers was good. Excellent staff dealing with a hotel full.
Single beds, so small, fell out! Chaotic and confusing restaurant/bar?
too large most staff's english is a 2nd language, difficult to understand restaurant poor quality food, staff need to be taught how to serve food correctly without leaning over people at the table
All very nice and clean
The rooms facing the parking and the lower roof are very noisy because of the several motors of the AC. Almost unbearable sleeping with a bit of fresh air from the window (4th floor)
Only the localization
It's a very poor hotel. No minibar, no free internet, no shampoo for two people. Very expensive when no ofers nothing, just sleep...
The wi-fi fees were extortionate! Most hotels offer free wi-fi, so this was the one thing I didn't like.

The food in the restaurant (Chef's recommendation) was excellent. The Reception staff were efficient and friendly.

The bed was moving, every time you want to turn around its moves- it's very unsafe. Carpet in our room and corridor was full of stains. Won't be staying again.
