Trevlig mixad personal, indier, balter etc. Skaplig standard och rent och snyggt. Vid utcheckning viste inte de i receptionen om restaurang och barnotor var betalda eller uppsatta på rumsnumret. De började prata om att kolla CCTV inspelningar och kolla med bar och restaurang personalen samt ville se kvitton. Detta trots att jag hade betalat alla notor kontant vid alla köptillfällen. Detta gav tyvärr ett oproffsigt intryck vid utcheckningen. |

most helpful towards my mother who uses a wheelchair. was alocated a smoking room.assisted with luggage.sorted out transport to airport. early morning call. polite and courtious. |

For travellers its ideal with a 15 minute shuttle bus to airport As not travelling it felt like holding camp for airport. Upgraded to executive double room as they supplied a twin room on arrival but all rooms were on level with the air conditioning so it was noisy. |

Staff were efficient and thoguhtful. Room clean and good facilities schutle service to and from airport frequent and on time It would be good if a little more consideration could be given to the needs of transit passengers, sauna, snack menue shoe cleaning |

Pleasant modern rooms and a relaxing atmosphere ... we got the room for £52 advanced purchase which represented very good value ... there's a supermarket just a 5 min walk away from the hotel too |
