Nice large room, airy public spaces, efficient service. When I arrived the noise of a disco was so incredible that I couldn't hear the check-in staff speak. However, through the door to the rooms and it was completely silent. Wonderful sound proofing. Cold tea at breakfast but swiftly dealt with by staff. |

Hotel staff were polite.Bar snacks were tasty and not expensive. Be careful arriving over the xmas period due to xmas parties with very loud music. From our room it could not be heard though.Evening reception staff were a little rude due to a mistake by booking .com. They reserved a room for a buisness man when i had reserved and paid upfront for a family room.Eventually we were given an executive room as their were no family rooms available. |

The food was lovely and the decor nice and the bed comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy walked in when I was asleep in the afternoon and the cleaner walked in when I was in my underwear at 8.30 in the morning knocking would be good..... The empty durex packet in the bedside drawer was a turn off too. I think I was just unlucky..as everything else was really good. |

Being a Pensioner,I thought it was expensive for a single night for a visit to the Wimbledon Championships. Travel Inns provide the same Sleeping facilities for half the price. |

The bar :-) We were rudely awoken by the cleaners on Sunday morning when we were due to check out a couple of hours later, surely they clean rooms when we leave, not when we're still in there?! |
