Very friendly staff and good value for money. Limited access to the pool and leisure facilities - with it being over Xmas period - would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to visit.

The staff were really excellent from when we arrived until when we left, well done. The challenge will be keeping the high standard up as this sets you apart from other hotels. Signage at car parking is unclear

The swimming pool was warm and uncrowded. The bed was firm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and we experienced prompt service. The only complaint was that the people in the room next door (or very close to us) were noisy both late at night and early the next morning.

The hotel was welcoming and nicely decorated. Rooms were nice and relaxing The price for Thursday night was expensive. I felt over €315.00 for a two night b & b stay was expensive

Staff were very polite and helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Good size room and it had a bath. Plenty of parking and ideally situated for my weekend. A bit expensive but probably on par with the rest of Guildford! Would have liked better choice of toiletries.

Clean, quiet, everything worked. Spacious room, good facilities including minibar-type fridge. Light, well aired room in which I felt immediately comfortable. Bed very comfortable with a duvet-style cover - none of that tightly and immovably tucked-in sheets malarky. Checked in and out without a hitch, no queueing or screw-ups. Breakfast wasn't included in the price of the room. If you decide you want breakfast in the morning, it's an additional £14,95 per head. Being informed that I could book it at check-in for only £10.95 occasioned a rather rude snort from me. I didn't sample breakfast so I can't say whether the price was justified. Oddly, the exorbitant cost did not extend to the dinner menu, which was reasonably priced.

Good breakfast. The manager of this hotel like to double check everything, like my debit card, breakfast included and so on. Finally, when we check out, he don't want to give us the invioce, and said: you should ask for booking.com to ask the invoice...bad attitude. I book hotel though booking.com almost one year, this staff is the most awful one!!! Amazing, he is the manager of this hotel!

The location was ideal. Very close to the University of Surrey. I thought the room was clean and comfortable. The Internet access was very easy, however is does cost extra. Tv comes with about 20 channels which were more than adequate. They do have additional pay per view packages available but I didn't select any so I can't speak to their variety or content. They do have a restaurant and I ate their one night. I thought the food and service were good. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave several excellent dinner recommendations. Overall I was happy with my stay at this hotel. The only complaint I have is that they have a mini fridge in the room. I drank 2 waters and the fridge was not restocked during my 4 day stay at the hotel. Easy fix.

Friendly staff and good spa facilities. The staff were very helpful. We had a small problem with the shower and someone was with us within a few minutes. It had quite a businessy feel to the place. Also could have done with a little freshening up.

Lovely and light rooms. Spacious, breakfast was very good, car parking very good. I would stay again, It would have been better if the air conditioning had been working in the first room I was in, and I didn't have to repack and unpack. It would have been better if the sink was not cracked. It would also have been better if I was not overcharged before items were removed when I stated that these were not mine to pay, for eg mini bar items I had not had, and film charges when I had paid for a movie package.

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. The Phone system in the room did not function efficiently. The entertainment system also did not work correctly and we had no films despite paying for them. The quality of food in room service was not very good, although the breakfast buffet was good.
