Bed was so comfy . Staff were fab very polite and helpful Food was lovely served hot
Location Friendly staff
No hot water and no heating control in the rooms.
perfect for our needs
The staff were friendly & very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, we had two rooms, they were very clean.
The double beds are very small & uncomfortable. Twin beds were comfortable. We had dinner in restaurant. The food from the carvery was cold but the food ordered from the menu was perfect.
My Son said the staff and facilities of the hotel was very good. They recommend you purchase the breakfast whilst at the hotel.
The hotel is described as 10 minutes from Warner Bros however you need a car, ideally. Otherwise taxis prove expensive. The hotel has done all it can to help, thank you!
The staff were very helpful and fulfilled all of our needs , hotel was lovely and clean :)
Convenient parking and comfortable room
Breakfast on Sunday was value for money. Breakfast price on Monday was appreciably more. We went to the carvery up the road and got 2 for less than 1 at the hotel - and just as good. Front doors open unnecessarily causing draughts in the bar.
What me and my partner liked the most was that all facilities were available during the day including the health club so we were able to go swimming in the morning which was an added bonus.
The only thing which I didn't like was that I didn't book up a longer stay.
The staff were friendly and the room comfortable. I liked having a fridge in our room and connecting doors. I also liked being able to control the heating.
Bathroom floor tiles extremely slippery when after bathing, slipped and very bruised, should be a safer floor covering as I was lucky not to break any bones. I didn't like the 10% service charge for drinks at the bar as expensive already, breakfast was good but also expensive as is £3 tray service for the room. Should have free WiFi or much cheaper than £16 per day.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, great breakfast!
Hotel clean & comfertable. Good facilities in room. Quiet & had a great night sleep. Loved the breakfast!!
The room , food & staff
Lovely hotel for business not so much social (pub shut at 11 & bit pricey
Hotel was lovely. Staff were great very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and where to visit. Good good.
Paying for Wi fi
Nothing to much trouble for the staff, clean room comfy bed and pillows.
The bathroom floor got wet when having a shower no extraction of steam so the floor came slippy and dangerous. Food was a little bland and the choices was a little ristricted. I would have like to see steak on the menu or roast chicken dishes
This hotel is lovely, staff are polite and helpful. Our room was immaculate, and much bigger than expected. The bed was a little too firm for me but was comfortable enough and didn't affect my sleep.
There wasn't anything I disliked about the hotel. The only problem we had was because we didn't drive we had to get taxis everywhere which were expensive. There isn't nothing around the hotel except for a petrol garage opposite. I would advise that if you don't have a car and want to stay at this hotel then walk 10 mins down the duel carriage way and get a day ticket from the bus for £6. We used this all day which saved us £'s
All that you wanted and more. Iron, fridge in room. Room large enough to relax in with chairs. Food good apart from few items.
Vegtables in restaurant poor quality. Yellow broccilli. Very hard pitta bread with starter.
the room and bed
the price of the breakfast the staff member that booked in, was in my view offensive as she said that my card was faulty which turned out was not true and said that I needed to pay up front which was ok, but implied I did not have the funds to pay- rude!
The hotel was close WB Studios, the room was huge - beds were gorgeously comfy.. the room cost £55 and it was well worth double that. Fantastic!
Staff always welcoming and helpful
I always seem to have a half mile walk to my room!
Service and facilities Excellent!
Hard pillows and had to ask for a blanket. Would be ideal to have an extra One in room.
I liked everything in general, but the breakfast was exceptional
Long corridors and if you have a first or ground floor then foot step noise from guests above can be off putting especially if they have heavy feet!!!
Bar, sports on TV, pool.
Cancecllation policy. Was told I could cancel third night if I informed reception on the morning prior. Was charged for the night despite this and had to agree a mutual amount.
