Everything! Staff were very friendly & helpfull, wish we could have stayed longer, hope to return.

The staff were excellent, the food very good the breakfast's fantastic as we're the waiting staff, the hotel was perfectly situated for walking into the city centre.This hotel is in lovely condition a credit to all the staff.

As a weekend break it was good. Hotel is central yet out of the way lovely quiet location on the water with nice views and loved the spa facilities.

I know its a hotel but the prices of food and drinks were a bit high ... we would have used the bar more and eaten in if these prices were lower.

I like the position in relation to the town centre and attractions

The room was executive 1 the chocolate consisted of 1 milky bar.and 2 small bottles of water I had to ask for a robe as only 1 was supplied. There is no free Internet!! But the staff were lovely.

Bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner, but issue caused by air con blowing soot into the bath.

Great location for a city break visit--we went to The Deep which is very close--easy to get there on foot. Nice bar area.

The staff both at reception and in the restaurant could not have been kinder and more helpful. Fulsome praise to them all. The room staffwere also excellent at their jobs, all in all could not find the smallest cause for complaint. An excellent brief (very) break enjoyed by my wife and I.

1) I had to pay for internet access, other hotels itis free. 2) there was no soft drinks in the room. 3) you are very over priced for the service you give. 4) location is not a factor in how much I pay. 5) overall not nice and will not be going back to any more holiday inns.

Location is excellent with convenient parking. The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory.

There was a private party in the resaurant area on the first night. Some arrangement had been made for guests who wanted to eat but the noise was prohibitive so I had to go out even though I was tired . Revellers were still waking people up in the corridors at 2am. Nice to have a pool but too small to swim. The whole place looks old and tired and in need of a re-fit in my opinion. The cost is high compared to comparable hotels in the city.

rooms were freezing. heating did not work. oil radiator brought by staff but it took an eternity to heat the room. ruined the night. no compensation offered. £104 for one night and no heating!!! not good!!!
