Christmas party disco a bit noisy. Although not too intrusive

we liked the peace and quiet,and the 5 min walk into the city centre, and also the local bars.

the cost of the breakfast !

room decor is very dated and a bit shabby. Old tv was very tempremental

I enjoyed the location as it is near to the city centre, handy for shops, restaurants and within easy travelling distance of family members.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenience, comfort and location.

There always appears 2 b a queue when checking out which is probably due to the fact that everyone wants to check out at the same time-so maybe additional member of staff for the rush hour?how do I get my points added to my account? They never seem to appear?

Location good; car parking very convenient; good size rooms; good breakfast available pleasantly late on a Sunday; generally friendly staff although training

Slow checking in; swimming pool much smaller than looked in the picture; had asked for a double bed and got two singles; disability bathroom fine but impossible to get cold water from sink tap; noise from a family in the adjoining room started at 6.45am and they might as well have been in the same room as us; the mattress on my bed had a dip across the middle as if it had been folded in half; overall our stay was ok but expensive at £99 per room including breakfast

Lovely view,nice staff,room very clean ,and a big bed which was so comfy,there was nothing we did not like will stay there again .we liked eveven though we only had a basic priced room it had a lovely view over the marina. And lots of free parking

We liked everything

The breakfast was good and I enjoyed using the pool and gym. Easy to get into the city centre and interesting to see the boats in the marina.

Wedding celebrations went on after the time stated ut only a minor problem.

Nice central location for Hull city centre, and the front desk staff wrere very friendly and helpful

The bar staff. Ordered and paid for a drink, 15 minytes later - cancelled order as it had not turned up. The "supervisor" asked if they could not convince me to stay and have the drink (i.e. stop bother of refunding me!) Later on in evening - they shut up the bar for cash sales 10 minutes early - leaving us waiting at the bar with no one to serve!

I liked the fact that the price and the package were easy to understand and that the stay was good value for money.

Good business trip hotel; nice location in the middle of the town; friendly staff; beautiful marina vue

excellent reception, very professional,even joined the priority club whilst there. although there was a party on for teenagers we never heard a single sound from them all night. a very good location right next to the marina, and the main shopping mall across the road. all in all a wonderful experience
