Hotel is near the university of Leicester The bed is enough big for two persons but I feel itch with the bed sheet
Wi-Fi is not free！
£5 per hour for wifi. £15 for breakfast.
Does what it said on the tin. We got a massive room with two double beds for a snip. Very clean, modern and pleasant.
Great location for visiting leicester and overall satisying experience
Room ceiling had a crack room are not as good as lower levell as last visit we stayed at lower levell
Comfortable room and great breakfast
Central,Great selection at breakfast
breakfast and parking fee were surprise charges
The health club
Everything is old and out of date. The wifi was of last century, completely useless. And you have to pay to have this miserable as well, it not free. If you have work on internet, you are best to go to the nearby McDonalds! Will not stay there again.
Location, staff. Nice bug room and spotless bathroom
Room carpet was tired
One of the reception staff was lovely and dealt with our complaint really well. The housekeeping issue was dealt with promptly.
The linen was not changed and we had paid the same price for both nights. One of the hotel staff was not thje friendliest.
Clean, centrally situated, friendly staff, early morning call, comfy rooms, toiletries in bathroom, ice making machine on the 3rd floor.
No bad feedback at all, this hotel is well run and a pleasure to stay in
Friendly staff, central location and it was clean.
Had to pay £10 to park car in the car park overnight - was not told about this when booking the room.
Good clean rooms. Good breakfast
Seeing the Counting Crows at De Montford hall was great. Good central location Helpful staff Good size bed
Dirty windows Window next to kitchen extract fan Price of drinks at the bar Dirty toilets in the bar area Overflowing urinals Full bins in toilet Awful car park Poor access to car park TV was left on when we came into room. Light levels were poor from old compact florescent lamps. Noisey heater A/C unit in bedroom. No loo brush!
The room we stayed in was lovely, the staff were well spoken and very nice and The breakfast was nice.
We regulary stay at the Holiday Inn, when we are in Leicester. The service and staff are always very good. Great location and good value.
We haven't encounted any dislikes yet !.
Location, spa, food all excellent
Reported the hairdryer in room as faulty on first night, still not repaired on departure, disappointing
Wifi not free
Was clean and the colour scheme was good (I hate red rooms).
Staff entered the room in the morning - pretty bad timing! Don't know if we were supposed to put something on the door or something. Pillows were a bit tough
The reception area looked nice.
Paid for a double room and although the bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were not very clean. The furniture had stains on and was outdated. The bedding also had stains on! The fact you had to pay extra for wi-fi,I found to be an insult, especially having to pay for parking, which at most hotels you get for free. We were sat down for breakfast and were told someone would take our tea/coffee order- this never happened.
Good value for money
Place was centrally located and offered everything we needed for a one night stay. Would liked to have stayed for longer. Room was lovely and spacious and bed was soft and snuggly, facilities were great and the bar was welcoming.
Nothing really it was a good hotel and well worth staying at.
good value for money
Out dated decoration in the rooms
