Centrally located. Walked all over the town and could still make my way back. Close to the train station. Alot of restaurants! Movie theatre was also close by.

Clean, comfortable, good value - not the quietest spot as on the ring road, but otherwise very handy for city centre.

The pool and facilities were good hotel staff efficient and friendly, The fact that we were put on the same corridor as a large group of school children who continuously knocked on our door and ran away and kept rattling door handle. After a few complaints to reception we were upgraded but it spoilt our wedding anniversary having to change rooms , having to carry all our stuff re pack etc. I felt it thoughtless of staff to put adults next to a large group of noisy children.

Not to far from shopping and rather big rooms. Also liked that we had ajoining rooms so made it easier for family to get ready!! Fridge didn't work and smelt a bit when you opened it. Fridge was fine in the other room.

The majority of the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room was very large and clean. The bed was huge and the pillows were the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on with a variety to choose from. TV had a good selection of channels. I was unaware of the £50 per night deposit which adds up over several nights. Parking is expensive. One pre-arranged request was not met (mini-fridge for storage of baby bottles) and when trying to sort it out was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff. The manager sorting the issue out put the phone down on me. Room service is expensive. Heater/air conditioning unit is too noisy.

The staff were very friendly and acted quickly upon requests. Beds were very comfy. It wasn' t exactly spotless, not to the standards I am used to and expect in hotels. The night menu was very expensive for what you were getting. Most hotels have free parking but it was an additional £10.00 per 24 hours.

Helpful friendly polite staff Upgrade to a Suite was great, thank you! Convenience of parking and paying for same with bill Lunch/Dinner menu superb, lots of choice and absolutely delicious, fresh, colourful. Amazing how the noise from parties downstairs didn't travel up at night! Room very cold, even with heating at 28degrees it only took the edge off and then dissipated very quickly when turned off/down! Breakfast very 'plastic' (processed/tinned) - fresh fruits, juices and breads would be big improvement. Plenty of channels on TV but no way to discover what what on them (eg information button) except to plough through - bit inconvenient. No information in room regarding breakfast times, facilities/opening times (eg gym/pool).

Good location, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The lighting in the room was very poor, and the window very small making it dark.
