It was central. close by to the rugby stadium and train station (about a £6 taxi ride away) rooms were quiet and comfortable. The price was reasonable and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location - very close to city centre and shops. It was easy to get to and easy to find. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking - no hotel spaces. You have to park in the NCP across the way and for the pleasure it cost us an extra £10 for the one night. Not sure how much it would cost if you were staying longer? Wifi - is not complimentary. £7 / hr???!!!

Excellent location close to Leicester City centre. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Take £50 for each nights stay from Debit card. Make sure you get them to refund it before you leave (assuming you haven't used the mini-bar or movies.) Room wasn't cleaned therefore no clean towels or coffee/tea replenishment although the reception did deliver towels when asked.

This is a clean, modern hotel close to DeMontfort and Leicester universities and shopping. The rooms are spacious by European standards; large beds, selectable pillow firmness. Larger bathroom. Nice amenities, including a workstation desk in the room with multiple power outlets fitting different countries' power modes. Helpful staff. Good breakfast offerings. Some noise from the traffic circle that surrounds this property; very limited pedestrian access; wifi very expensive; despite stated No Smoking, cigarette smoke detected multiple times during both nights of our stay. Dining room staff very slow to replenish juices, pastries, yogurts, fruits during breakfasts.

Location size of rooms breakfast Front desk staff could use some training from those in the restaurant. Five pounds for one hour usage of the internet, is probably the highest I have ever come across! Shame, I guess business travellers are not your target market!

Very classy and well appointed. Staff attentive and ambience was relaxed. Great hotel but will not stay again purely because of the ridiculous charge of £16 to use WiFi. £16! It's free in the local pub, coffee shop etc. It's freee in all Best Western hotels. This is a hotel that charges £150 a night for a room and they want £16 for WiFi? I just tethered my iPad so got around this but this charge, in this day and age, is totally unjustified.

Rooms are excellent size and the staff were very friendly, great weekend rate for room Trying to access the hotel on foot is a real mission, you have to run across 4 lanes of the inner ring road to reach it, the place is totally geared for the car but I suppose that is more the fault of the council than the hotel.

We like modern style hotels as opposed to wood panelled style. The room was really good/large/plenty of space/very relaxing. Breakfast good but I do like my bacon crispy ! The deal through booking .com one of the best ever. ( breakfast not included but ask at reception for visitors ticket, a little cheaper .)
