Staff were helpful on reception The fact that the room next door came back at 5am and they were obviously lads who had been out, running up and down corridor shouting at each other slamming doors on and off til 8, hence I checked out by 9am, So I won't be using the hotel again

Have stayed at this hotel a few times now have always found staff very helpful and friendly rooms clean beds very comfy and very good breakfast buffet. Would deffinately recommend as good city centre hotel. As this hotel sits in the middle of a major roundabout at times traffic noise can get a bit noisy but wouldn't stop me booking this hotel again

The rooms were spacious and warm. Staff friendly and professional and the facilities good. Food was a little pricey but good quality and great chips! When we stayed there was a party of parents and children who literally dominated the hotel. The parents relinquished all responsibility for their children allowing to roam the hotel like feral monsters banging on doors and running up and down the corridor until late in the evening. The poor beleaguered staff couldn't cope with the problem and we had a very disturbed nights sleep.

View First of all we got given a room that somebody else was already in!!! We were then given a room that was lingering with cigarette odour, bearing in mind my wife is pregnant and also a little kid was on board with us. When complained we got a poxy free complimentary drink even that had certain beers you were allowed!! Lets see u sort this one out!!!

The location and at the price it competes with getting a taxi to our home, the result is that we stay at the hotel rather than taxi. The hotel is tired.

I did not like being asked to pay £50 as a deposit as this was not shown on the online booking. I have stayed in so many hotels like Hilton Leicester and never had this done and worse the money takes done days to be put back into your account . The room had a mini bar which was empty but had 2 tubs of rotten yoghurt . Also a dirty wet pillowcase was left in the room I think when they cleaned the room. Very noise as well. Will never book this hotel again.

My children 16 and 13 were allowed in jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, 16 yr old allowed access to fitness room. The location meant we could leave car parked up as leisure faciities and eateries close by, extra cost for car parking and tv. I booked kitchenette and adjoining rooms but didnt get either. We were originally only allocated 1 night stay rather than the 2 nights which were booked, so a bit of a headache.

Friendly staff, welcoming environment, fantastic breakfast! Very central for shopping & easy walking distance to the De Monfort Hall! Air con unit took far too long to heat the room! (An oil filled radiator was ready in the room for back-up on arrival) Not much to fault at all really!

Receptionist who greeted us was excellent. Good size room. Excellent value for money. Very good position in centre. Didnt eat there as our son lives in Leicester. Found heating system noisy

Everything else is very GOOD I love this hotel the heating system, was not good enough. This system goes on and off at certain times, and I usually feel discomfort (HEAT), ecumenically when I am sleeping in early mooring
