I picked this hotel only because it was the venue for my business. The staff were very friendly, but that is all I can offer as a complement. Reception had my address wrong even though I booked directly through booking.com. The room was very small. The price was expensive and did not include parking, breakfast, or free wifi. The desert was unedible and changed. My worst stay to date in any hotel.

Located very close to the Russell Square Underground Station to easily connect to any attraction in the city and a direct access route to LHR on the Piccadilly Line. Also it is located within short walking distance from British Museum. The walls seem a bit thin as I could hear quite a bit of noise in the surrounding rooms.

The location is good because the Hotel is in the direct vicinity of the London University. In general the Hotel fair with only two things happen during our long period stay. All the elevators stopped twice on different days and time. The complete Fire Alarm went off at one day early morning and all the Guests had to leave for security reasons the Hotel. Since we extended our stay from original one week to more than three weeks I did expect a much better pricing as we finally negotiated.

Good location for central London - didn't need a bus or train during two days stay. Room a bit small, but clean and equipped with what you need for a short stay. Not really a room to 'lounge' in though.

Proximity to two days of meetings in Bloomsbury and ease of travel to all major stations I use this chain elsewhere and the London mark up of 500% on the cost of a room seems excessiveI stayed hhere because no other local hotels had free rooms, due to the tuc Conference.

It was relaxing and comfortable and met my needs. The price, due to being a sole occupancy I still had to pay for the room as if for two people.
