Reasonably well equipped, clean and quiet surroundings. Room service food was overcooked and cold - £50 for 3 sandwiches and a burger ! Breakfast was £49.90 for 2 Adults and 2 Children - Poor Value |

we like the interior of this hotel. the pool facilities are good and the overall cleanliness & comfort of the hotel is good. my child loved the separate area for her to sleep with a plasma tv. this was our second stay at this hotel & probably wont go back! the expensive breakfast & dinner buffet was not worth the money. |

The hotel was quite new and everything was very fresh from what I saw, the room was large and clean. At check-in the receptionist was too busy talking on the phone to another member of staff, I was thrust a sheet of paper to fill in then my room card whereas she had practically drooled over the person checking in, in front of me. |

An excellent room, swift service and good facilities including easy free parking. Particularly pleased with the bus that runs every ten minutes from outside the hotel to Surbiton and then on to Kingston. |

Friendly and helpful staff, good value room rate, excellent facilities. Price of breakfasts and evening meal was extortionate, and the evening buffet food was cold. |

Prima temperatuur; niet zo warm als de meeste hotels. Flexibiliteit personeel. Jammer dat de kinderen van 16 jaar alleen onder begeleiding mochten zwemmen. |

Set in 27 acres of peaceful grounds and woodland, this charming country retreat is the perfect place for a weekend escape or longer break, with a wide range of attractions nearby to suit all tastes. |
Opened in September 2008, this brand new, modern hotel offers comfortable, contemporary accommodation at great-value rates in a great location in the grounds of Epsom Downs Racecourse. |
This good-value B&B with free private parking is close to Hampton Court Palace and Thames Ditton Train Station for good links to Central London. |
