It was a very nice hotel the only disappointing aspects were that I wanted a double bed instead of two singles and the slackness of some of the breakfast staff asking them 5 times for specific items |

Friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms and your favourite newspaper hanging at the door. Really good cleaning services and new soaps and shampoos every day. No traffic noise or sounds from neighbours. Music from a nearby club or disco could be heard in our room (groundfloor) on saturday night. This was the only sound that we've heard and it was still bearable anyway. City Line tubestation Hanger Lane across the road was cancelled for the weekend due to engineering work (regularly) which meant 1/2 hr. extra travelling time to the city. |

Service, comfort, style, design. Would be nice not to have to pay for the car-park - that would put me off an extended stay. |

The hotel was modern, clean and everything seemed to be well organised. A very enjoyable stay. If you don't have a credit card they take an extra fifty pound off which you get back five days after you check out. unless you spend it at their hotel. |

Front office staff were very friendly and did all they could to help. I find it hard to believe the hotel is 3 miles from Wembley stadium - not a great location. |

Everything about the hotel was excellent, the hotel staff very helpful, anything you need for your stay they will accomodate for you. I have booked this hotel many times in the past and have had no problems at all. I have always booked the executive room and they have always been good. I think the staff know me personally, thay always remember me. It feels that they really care about the customers. It is always a pleaure staying at this hotel. I will be back at the end of October 2009. |

The room was very nice and well kept and the continental breakfast was larger than most and served hot food which was nice. Although this hotel is out a bit from the downtown core it is right beside the Hanger Lane Underground Station which made it very convenient to take the underground back and forth from downtown London to the Hotel. That said, within walking distance there is really nothing around this hotel. |

We stayed the night before with Crowne Plaza and were upgraded to Club Exe which gave us access to the Club room. As Crowne Plaza is situated close to Wembley Stadium, and was full both nights due to a large concert there, taxi's were a problem as guests were either not getting them or taking other peoples. Also, a No.83 bus does that journey, but not back due to road closures around Wembley due to traffic. We walked back down Wembley High Street, then left onto Ealing Road ( passed MacDonalds ), then under underpass. An hour it took !! Crowne Plaza would do well running a minibus free service - would encourage loads to use. Direction were not detailed enough. The hotel is situated above the main Western Avenue. Post code on Tom tom sat nav takes you to correct location, but under the tunnel of the hotel round-about. Once you missed ther turning it was difficult to turn back to correct your actions. |

Very clean and comfortable Breakfast was not very good as they burnt the toast and then when we tried to change it with one of the staff they did not understand english so by the time they changed it our cooked breakfast was cold. I feel the hotel was very understaff. The entrance to the hotel is not signed and very small and over grown with weeds so you would miss it and if you do that you have travel about 10 minutes before you can turn around. Also the website says 5 minutes walk to wembley but this is not true and it is 5 minutes in car. |

We were seeing Coldplay at Wembley Stadium, it was a perfect location, we caught the number 83 bus (which a member of staff at the hotel told us to do and gave us all the details), it took us and there and we caught it back, no probs at all, fantstic hotel, perfect. |

Decor of hotel very nice They did not have the full booking, so took very long time to try and sort out 2 rooms. Also only cold food served on 24hr menu, should have some more choice. |
