The only thing that was not up to the mark of the rest of the hotel was the hair dryer that was very poor. It was a very weak one.

Excellent location for terminal 3 Heathrow. Excellent Chinese restaurant.Only stayed overnight for an early flight so was unable to have breakfast or use leisure facilities.

Nothing!!

Difficult to access,dreadful Chinese restaurant with badly trained staff. Batthroom past its " sell by date"

When I checked in I told them I may extend my stay by one night. When I extended it they charged me double the rate.. I complained to no good. I will not stay there again. The same day I booked a stay at a hotel near there for next week.

It was very relaxing and the food and drink were very good. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Just another business hotel

Asian restaurant on the ground floor was poor. Dishes served were of poor quality and over pricing. The insult of all was the "compulsory" service charge.

Convenient and quiet.

Check-in at 11 pm was slow because of short staff at registration. Irritating that there was no free shuttle to airport terminals, but paid shuttle bus was convenient.

Immediate assistance from porter. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Heathrow airport location. Concierge service arranging for taxi and assistance with special needs (wheelchair).

Rather soft bed.

For Heathorw , the hotel was value for money and 10 mins from the airport it is preety good froma location point of view

The Internet connection is both slow and expensive .15 GBP for 24 hours and 12 kbps!!! High speed it said ! Do not opt for the Buffet in the restaurant. Read "Dont eat Chicken on Tuesdays" it was writing about this place . The food is of very low quality and not appetising at all . Save youtr money for breakfast ....it really isnt worth it

De kamers vond ik wel goed en schoon engoed verzorgt ook de verdere voorzienigenin het hotel.

Ik vond de medewerkers aan de balie niet erg vriedelijk en ook stond er in de boekingspap dat er een schutel bus heen weer rijd maar dat is gewoon de regionale bus heen was geen probleem maar terug naar het vliegveld moest ik een kaartje kopen aan de balie dat werd mij door een bus bestuurder verteld.

Problème avec la réservation qui ne pouvait pas être retrouvée dans le système informatique de l'hôtel Mobiier de la chambre défraichi et en mauvis état Accès Internet non compris dans le prix. A déconseiller
