Location. Majority of the staff were pleasant.

When booking on line i requested early check inn, however when booking in i was informed by the young girl at the desk that the earliest we could get our room was 1400 hrs, no compromise. It was only when talking to the older lady at the desk was our request sorted out; she was extremely pleasant.

Very quick and friendly check-in/check-out. Great location for Heathrow. We booked well in advance and the price was extraordinarily reasonable.

Paying only 58 pounds for the room, it was a nasty surprise to have to pay 19 pounds to park the car overnight. I don't remember this being clear on the on-line booking information.

The location was excellent - Hoppa Bus to Heathrow very easy; The staff were very helpful. There was a car hire office at the hotel - I didn't like the company but it was very convenient. There is an excellent Asian Cuising (chinese) restaurant at the hotel with excellent staff.

The internet connection in the room was poor and the charge for 24 hours is £16 which is exorbitant when it free in other hotels. The rooms are a bit 'tired'. There is a shortage of bell boys and the receptionist had to help me with my bags. He was extremely helpful but I was embarrassed that he had to do this.

The location was good, services including shuttle bus to airport terminals and check in at the hotel was very useful.

Hotel smelled very musty, even smoke free section smelled very heavily of smoke. Bathroom needed an update. False advertising by the hotel made this trip a disaster which was compounded by the rude and lazy staff at the hotel. On my booking it said free wifi, this was met with much disdain by the staff and instead of taking the customer at heart, they rejected my concerns and told me to contact my agency. Although this was the chief complaint, the luggage person was never at his post and I could not get my luggage back. Also, it took a very long time to check in. Staff was confused, slow, and rude. Obvious issues with their correspondence with other agencies.

It was easily accessible and a handy location to Heathrow Airport, and had a hire car company on site. Very pleasant staff.

Location and general choice within the hotel

Poor service at breakfast - no return with requested coffee, etc. Older style - therefore shower only into the bath, lay out is tight with WC, bath and wash hand basin.

I was not impressed by the overnight car park charge, it woth considering when booking as it will increase your overnight stay by 10%

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a warm cosy ambiance. The room was very comfortable and although we didn't arrive until 10pm we could still get a hot meal after our day of travelling. Prices were very reasonable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
