They are not change the beds every day, they are not cleaning the room very good when I ask them to clean the room.
The stuff they are very friendly.
No free wifi.
No regrets or complaints at all.
15 minutes away from everything we came to do (museums & shows) - either on foot or rail. Everything at the hotel ran smoothly.
Fabulous location, quiet but next to everything and most importantly the Tube station. The Tavern Pub was fabulous for travellers and it was closing later than 11 that all pubs close.
I don't understand why the wifi isn't free! It is everywhere else.
Friendly hotel in a great location.
Rooms are run down and need some refurbishment. As much as the lobby area is welcoming and modern as soon as we got to hire floors we felt disappointed with the look of the corridors, especially the carpets. The room itself needs some modernisation and doesn't feel 4*.
Perfect location near the most amazing museums in London. Staff really friendly, polite and helpful. As well breakfast was really good with a lot of options.
Shower very poor water supply.
Easy access to tube. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but had to wait sometimes for items to be replaced. Room spotless if rather cramped.
There is absolutely nothing we can criticise our experience due to the wonderful experience we had
Checking in was quick and the check in person was exceptionally polite, informative and she smiled
My husband left his medications and they were unable to timely forward them to our next destination. They took too long to mail them and we never got them however charged 10 pounds They were totally inefficient .
No free wifi, slightly old
Thought WiFi should have been free
Friendly helpful staff particularly the restaurant which served excellent food with very helpful staff. Our meal for four people was exemplary and waiters and chef 5 star!
Comfort location breakfast
Room is rather small and so is the bathroom
Very convenient and central location. Only sore point is no extra bed is provided.
There is no spa and msg
Location. Food. Starbucks. Staff
Rattles on a windy night
For the money we spent the room was a bit small, no frigobar and no safe .
location is good, central London with nearby underground station
Central location, near tube. Good food.
Don't like to pay for internet.
The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a great location. The best concierge I have ever dealt with, he was so polite, helpful and would do anything to make your stay amazing!
I had a very comfortable room and it was easy to speak to hotel staff if anything was needed. Giving guests a choice of hot and cold buffet breakfast was excellent.
Location from tube was a short walk, the bed was really comfy and breakfast was very good
Location, predictability of standard and excellent buffet breakfast
Stayed here for a visit to the Royal Albert Hall. Great location and an excellent breakfast close to a tube would recommend.
There was nothing we didn't like about the Holiday inn.
The holiday inn is in a very good location for the underground and shops which are just round the corner and .Everything we wanted was just a stroll away.
-It feels like an old, tiered and used hotel, and it shows. -Shower has very weak pressure, which is annoying
The hotel is in a very good location which is accessible to all of London due to the good Metro lines.
The price of Wi-Fi, especially as I had signed up as an IHF member in China. Promised follow up but this did not happen.
Easy access to Underground and easy walk to lots of main attractions including Harrods and Hyde Park.
