Great location, comfy, smoking rooms available on request not far away from the underground station.
Rooms are small and needs maintaining, no laundry service and pressing at the time.
The hotel is central and from our room on the 23rd floor you can see the whole of London. The underground is about 1 minute walk from the hotel and Picadelly Circus 20 minutes. The service from the staff was really good. Nice breakfast. CLEAN
The room is a bit dated but not worn. The sink had a hearline fracture and the water pressure in the shower was not greate.
Room was very small. Free WiFi was not a very good service, you had to pay for WiFi to get a better service. Not acceptable as people travelling today have an array of devices, mobile phone, tablet, laptop etc.
Everything (almost ) was fine, the restaurant was excellent, the lifts fast if a tad confusing at times ( when lots of guests were trying to reach different floors - cards in or not on the down?? ), front desk and concierge friendly and helpful. Room was up to standard - almost : )
The only thing that bugged us was the sliding door to the bathroom ( excellent bath btw!) which sounded like a very noisy giant brush every time it was opened or closed. Also worth a mention was the absence of heat in the radiators when it got cold after the high winds in mid-October. The 'air conditioning' was a high wind in itself and no good for producing heat! ( Room 1008 )
I have stayed in many like priced hotels in the area. There are nicer, larger rooms elsewhere. The fact that the business center is closed any day, at a large hotel is unacceptable.
Location Convenience in reaching from airport Good spread for breakfast
Little noisy room. Noise of underground in lower floor rooms as trains pass
good location, helpful and friendly staff. good restaurant, comfortable bedroom
Incessant aroma of cheap perfume throughout the public areas
Location was great. Cheaper than most of the other hotels in that area. Staff friendly and cafe serves good range of food and Starbucks coffee near reception area.
Don't expect plush interior - very basic but price ok for that area in London as everywhere else was a lot more expensive.
buthtub was dirty, room was smell bad,toy iron
Location Hotel Facilities
Room is very small No safety box in the room
Need to provide shuttle on arrival from airport to hotel
They didnt change the bed sheet for 4 days after I dropped soda on it.
Didn't like that I had to sign up to get to use the internet, should be free in all the rooms. Food service was very slow in the restaurant on the main floor by the Starbucks, but he food was good when we finally got it.
The rooms conditions are really poor wather bath rooms or the type of facilities provided. In addition to general attitude of the staff especially at reception desk was unhelpful and careless
Staff were very helpful especially the concierges. Breakfast had large choice. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Water pressure in bathroom was great. Location good close to many venues.
space was limited in bedroom for 2 open suitcases
Location. Saved us from a booked stay at a Bnb near by which was filthy dirty
Helpful Concierge, Honest Housekeeping staffs
great staff .
safety box in the room. Reconsider prices
It was very close to hop on hop off bus stop. Also close to food shop. I liked the Starbucks on the ground floor, as did not like coffee with free breakfast. The included breakfast good. Bed quite comfy, room big enough.
The bathroom was quite small.
poor cleaning of room Lack of safety deposit box in room
Ideally situated a couple of minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube station, so easy transport links to Heathrow and central London. Great views over city from some rooms on higher floors. Clean, well equipped rooms although not large.
Breakfast very expensive but plenty of cafés within couple of minutes walk, also supermarkets.
Location, bad service, bad rooms
A little bigger room and standard Bed should better describe 'Executive '
Air con a little noisy
