The care shown by all staff and cleanliness. Easy access to Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall etc.
There was a queue each morning at breakfast, no big problem but could delay some guests if they had a time schedule to meet.
Lovely breakfast buffet...very close to the train station and fast food. Rooms are ok. Nothing fancy.
Location & staff
There are many airlines crews in his hotel
Quietness of room. Slept well. Comfort and cleanliness. Good breakfast in very nice surroundings. Reasonable prices for London. Helpful staff. Could have stayed another night!!
Heating and ventilation system.
We really liked the breakfast and the location.
We did not like that the Piccadilly did not stop at this location. We did not like the bed nor that we only got one big blanket and finally the draft through the window was so much that we could not heat up the room. Almost forgot we did not like that there was no minibar in the room.
- Friendly and very helpful staff -Good location. Metro is just few meters away -
- Towels were really dirty, grey and old. there was a sticky grape grain on the towels. -Rooms and bathroom were old and looks not clean definitely need some renovation.
Location and cleanliness
Attitude of staff and the smell of cigarettes in the corridor where my room was. Upstairs, the hotel looks old fashioned and a bit jaded - in need of a refurb.
the location of everything we needed for our visit
When we in a lobby , we have to pay $ 5 a h for Internet , that a lot .
Great being staying there 30 years at least once a year
Paid wifi should be free for guests as wl S in house TV movies. Like citizen hotels
starbucks on ground floor gym bar location
staff at check in. We had 3 rooms and the lady at check in got confused. took more than 20 min to make the check in only to find out at the check out that she had mixed up the check out dates of each room
location, breakfast, pub in the hotel
check in felt like forever!
The efficiency of the staff in responding to your request. The choice of pillows.
The room were small, with a minimum space to move around. The noise from room to room was bad-especially when people close doors, the doors slammed- they should use slowers.
everything is ok.
The hotel is so convenient It's near the tube. You can walk to the museums and Knightsbridge. A lovely area with restaurants and shops. The Business centre is open all day with free wi-fi, food and drinks. Well worth the extra cash. The staff are helpful when you check in The TV is good, a great selection of channels.
Paying £16 a day for wi-fi in your room. Having the bathrobe taken away and not being replaced. The room temperature was pre set and couldn't be adjusted. I was cold.
Generally, everything was fine - but
1. Rooms are a little small 2. Breakfast price was a little on the steep side
The staff were all extremely helpful and the location is good.
I was in a twin bed room, you couldn't swing a cat in it. bathroom has sliding door because wasn't enough room to open into the room. Standard of hotels much better in Ireland for the same 4 star status
The location was great.
Staff really kind, especially both bellmen. Immaculate and comfortable hotel. Very complete and cosy lobby. There was also no external sounds heard in our bedroom.
There was no free wi-fi, not even in the lobby, which we found very uncommon these days.
Location close to tube
Check in was very slow. Hotel needs renovation. Poor quality breakfast for a 4 star.
Not a lot was a very pleasant stay . Please note I am a regular customer of the holiday inn .
Room service burger was at best a 5 out of 10. Check out person was unsure how to process credit card, needed to ask for help. The large bed was 2 small beds pushed together so sleeping in the middle was not possible without feeling the gap, so really the same as sleeping in a single bed.
