Ideal place to be in London not right in the centre and not outside the centre. Just the right location.
Location and comfort
Queues for check in and out very slow and not very efficient
I liked every thing what they provided to us.
Really good location Helpful staff who arranged for us to have a room close to the lifts to assist my wife who has a broken ankle. Great breakfast
Everything is good
Their basic rooms are not very comfortable. Recommend executive rooms at least
It will be good if one more hole to send water on the floor of the mirror side in restroom.
Very good Hotel experience in food and sleeping
The hotel is very good and the destination of the hotel is excellent
Food & drink
Time for busnws lunch Sunday I like the time From 7:00 AM to 12;00 pm
close to underground Glucestor road food areas very near
Liked the location. Extremely helpful staff at reception at breakfast and in room.
No variation in breakfast. Nothing English about the place. No style. No personalised service although we were booked into 3 rooms for a fortnight each. Pathetic magnetic keys that kept mal functioning. The trek down to reception to fix it each time despite keeping keys in a separate compartment from cell phones and credit cards, added to the angst of our stay. We had an executive room but it was so tiny and nothing vaguely executive about it. The refrigerator barely functioned. Stay was not uncomfortable but not memorable enough to ever return.
Nothing I remember
Bad Receiption Late check in time. The room was very small And smell was awful And the receiption promise us for an extra bed and they did not give us The room service was so late and bad And wifi internet was not free as they said
We enjoyed everything about this hotel. Staff very helpful and courteous. Setting good with lovely trees surrounding hotel.
cleaning not good the buisness lounge not to the level like other lounge
Reasonable size room. King size bed. Good wifi free to members. Great location reasonable priced.
Bed was hard
Location is perfect
Room is little small
Broken elevator Asked for two beds, got one
Overall quality of the hotel, price paid for stay, breakfast choices, comfort of the rooms.
Proximity to the tube.
Breakfast. Location Facilities
Reception wasn't always staffed well, allowing for a wait for service at different times for the day
The location. However Piccadily metro station was not stopping at Gloucester Road Station due to some construction. There were only dstrict and circle lines, so that we had to change line at south kensington every day.
reception&room service did not answer our calls no refrigerator & safe &bottle of water in the rooms, WC& shower room is very small and hard to close it's door (heavy). Keys most of the time did not work. we had to go to reception several times, it was very annoying. electronic key system was very poor.I believe that rooms booked through booking.com are very poor compared to price.
Bed was very comfy
The room was very small and dated, more like a converted flat, bathroom very small, big stains on carpets in bedroom. Morning cups dirty clearly from last occupant. Units also had stains on that wiped off with a face wipe.... overall not impressive at all.
the housekeeping should keep the room door open while the clean the room because it make noise when the door shout .
Breakfast and foyer facilities. There was a good buzz about the place. I chose hotel because of carparking which was also very handy as we had driven from the West.
