To far to westend
This hotel had great breakfasts and a great staff - the concierge was exceptionally good. Location wise it was close to the Tube and many attractions and restaurants.
Disappointed that all the lifts were not operational - some were being repaired. Our nonsmoking room was smoky - how did housekeeping allow that? We changed rooms.
full equip of facilities
service for check in and wifi accessibility
Room was large and well furnished. Location was spot on with some great restaurants in easy walking distance. Easy access to the tube making it easy to get about. Breakfast busy but well organised.
Looks a bit shabby from the outside but fine inside.
The concierge Winston was extremely helpful and well mannered. He exemplified the type of staff you would wish
Price of a glass of wine.Breakfast could have been hotter.
Good location, a traditional pub on the ground floor was nice to have when we got back at night, staff were all very friendly, view from 17th floor was great and it had many lifts to use. No comment on food as we ate out. All in all a good place to stay and we would go back again.
mattress was a bit hard for my liking but still ok
The location only
1) the faculty : poor response for room service (dinning in and maintainence department) as the air conditioner was not working for more than 12 hours 2) room: too small, no safe box, needed to change the light bulbs twice, uncomfortable matress , no iron, no bath robes 3) toilet: flush is not working properly, the bath tub running water is being pumped weakly and your feet start to sink in water puddle as the water doesnt go through the sewage.
Proximity to Natural History Museum; Excellent breakfast; quiet rooms; friendly staff
Carpet was kind of dirty and needs replaced or cleaned; elevators were slow to get to each floor and one elevator didn't work.
Decent sized rooms
Breakfast too expensive for quality of food
Ideal place to be in London not right in the centre and not outside the centre. Just the right location.
Location and comfort
Queues for check in and out very slow and not very efficient
I liked every thing what they provided to us.
service - very helpful and polite - they spoke Spanish to my wife and child and this was very nice
Really good location Helpful staff who arranged for us to have a room close to the lifts to assist my wife who has a broken ankle. Great breakfast
Everything is good
Their basic rooms are not very comfortable. Recommend executive rooms at least
It will be good if one more hole to send water on the floor of the mirror side in restroom.
Very good Hotel experience in food and sleeping
The hotel is very good and the destination of the hotel is excellent
Food & drink
Time for busnws lunch Sunday I like the time From 7:00 AM to 12;00 pm
close to underground Glucestor road food areas very near
Liked the location. Extremely helpful staff at reception at breakfast and in room.
No variation in breakfast. Nothing English about the place. No style. No personalised service although we were booked into 3 rooms for a fortnight each. Pathetic magnetic keys that kept mal functioning. The trek down to reception to fix it each time despite keeping keys in a separate compartment from cell phones and credit cards, added to the angst of our stay. We had an executive room but it was so tiny and nothing vaguely executive about it. The refrigerator barely functioned. Stay was not uncomfortable but not memorable enough to ever return.
Nothing I remember
Bad Receiption Late check in time. The room was very small And smell was awful And the receiption promise us for an extra bed and they did not give us The room service was so late and bad And wifi internet was not free as they said
