Staff very courteous and professional.
That I didn't have complimentary breakfast.
Location Staff Value for money
The obscene amount of money you ask for WIFI. I decided that is not worth the money and checked my emails at the airport.
The bathroom was nice as were the staff
I specifically asked for a double bed, as I am not sure why the hotel would think we would want twin beds as a couple? The room was quite possibly the smallest room I have ever been in. The car park was extortionate, but the staff did say we could park outside for free, but by the time we went down to get the car (4 minutes later) we had been charged 11 pound. I felt with this hotel, because we got it at a reasonable price, they stuck us in the box room.
good comfy room close to attractions and facilities
the toilets by the bar/restaurant were in bad condition, sick in sinks, blocked toliets and not cleaned. (it was reported). also I received an e mail telling me that the price was cheaper, when I enquired about it, the staff said it was not the case.
Location Price Room Staff
English breakfast: the bacon was not good (may be of the previous day)
The bed & cleanliness
I was under the impression when I booked a twin / double & I had the option to write my requirements, if I added 'double', that's what I would get. I had to pay extra to be upgraded to the superior.
the cost of the parking was £37 over night
breakfast room Great location everything within walking distance
cost of taxi from Victoria station £28 was a Sunday Know your fault
It felt comfortable and inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bar area and breakfast was excellent.
The stuff was very helpfull and serviceminded!! 10 minutes walk from Oxford Street, perfect location!
intarnet wifi not free
Breakfast in bed was lush..
Location and the quality of breakfast .
The staff The cleanliness The location
Comfortable room Good dining room Excellent breakfast
Intrusive, unwanted music in dining room Wifi at extra cost Hard sell to upgrade at only another £200!
In a great location but not noisy at all food was amazing Beds and pillows were definitely comfy Did not feel like a holiday inn
Staff behavior. Specially their (the people in reception/front desk) apathy towards serving hotel guests. They had no porter at 10pm and even that would be alright but they just couldn't care less about any problems of hotel guest.
Location is fairly central, breakfast was not great but was included in room rate.
This is a cheap 70's concrete box hotel with poky little rooms. The ground floor area has been tarted up when it was re-badged as a Holiday Inn but the rooms feel cheap. WiFi charges are ludicrous.
The location is good. Close to Regents Park tube for easy access to central London. Nice modern décor.
Room very small - for Executive floor. A lack of basic information in the room...like check out times...how to open the mini bar! (need to phone reception and they remotely open it!). English breakfast luke warm, a toaster that takes an age to cook a slice and service lacking attention.
Location - 200m from Underground station, non-stop reception, nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance
old furniture, basic breakfast same every day not on 4star hotel standard, no slippers in the room.
On the plus side the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were travelling with a baby and arrived late in the evening. At reception they told us a cot was ready in our room and we had been upgraded to an executive suite. If that was executive I'm glad we weren't in a standard room! There was no cot in the room when we got there and despite calling reception twice and speaking to a member of staff on our floor it took 35mins for the cot to arrive. The member of staff who brought it in then had the cheek to joke about our baby still being awake at that time! She also failed to put up the travel cot properly leaving one side hanging down. The cot 'matress' was a folded duvet. We got the cot side up ourselves but it fell down a few minutes later at which point it was too late for us to make a fuss and we had a not terribly restful night with our baby in our bed. Would not recommend.
Service is exceptional, the location was ideal and the hotel was splendid. Thankyou
Clean, well decorated, convenient for NCP car park
Rm 406 soundproofing very poor, could hear lift shaft all evening followed by snorer next door for the remainder of the night. Not great when you're 6 month old baby (not Kid as the receptionist referred to him) is trying to sleep, definitely not worth £187 for a midweek stay!
We came to London to see a match of Arsenal vs United. The hotel is in a short walking distance to Oxford Street (5-10 min). That made shopping easy.No need to take taxi/tube/bus .The staff was realy friendly and we enjoed thy visit.
Expensive /slow Wifi
