The staffs were kind and polite

The check in time should change, that 2 pm check in it's pointless.

I was amazed at the quality of the soundproofing. Although located right next to the A40, you could have heard a pin drop. We did not even hear the worst thunder storm in years. Slept like babies. Brilliant.

Unfortunately, they were refurbishing the reception area at the time and I had not been informed. However, we still had a good stay.

Our room and facilities at the hotel. Locality in relation to the nearest tube station. We will certainly be back.

Unfortunately we were expecting The Ramada Encore and not the Holiday Inn !! which created a few probs locating the hotel. Parking also presented probs and we were given a ticket on the first morning by UKCIP !! The manager agreed to sort the problem out for us which was very much appreciated.

    Location and building

Changed from Ramada to holiday inn in that period when we stayed so there was alot of noisy construction work and no car park which was not told about at booking or by later communication. They ended up giving me temporary park permit in a very limited space nearby car park. I ended parking in front of the hotel where a coach smashed my car!!! Add to this they count tea bags and milk they leave in room ( just 2 ever day). We were a family of 4 and ended up asking for extra tea bags everyday, but again put just two the following day. They claim they give free 30 min interent which is a lie where you can not access. In summay chaotic and very mean. Shame as a beautiful building and good location.

Good value for money. Room was spacious enough with good air conditioning . Given 30 degrees outside this was essential

Location . It's not clear how to actually get to the hotel as it sits off a major road and a major junction . If you don't get it right you end up in a one way traffic nightmare. Also full of school parties doing Europe so be prepared for lots of children around.

I was confused when i was driving myself , i couldnt figur out how can i get to the hotel , navragation keep taking me infront of the hotel on the motorway and there is no way to go to the hotel from other roads so i should go and find a way to get to the hotel from back street ,i bet you 100 percent need a sign in the junction to show to drivers which way is the best way to go to the parking . I had my little baby girl in my car and she was criying so much and i was confused in that junction for about an hour , if it was a small direction we shoudnt be suffer that much in the heat and traffic in london !

Stayed here before, good location and unusually nice rooms

Was not told of the unbelievably intruding building works going on at the hotel. Spoiled our stay.

Location good for my needs, & room adequate

No real notice that the hotel was in effect a building site. I was told this was in the T&C's, but it was very well hidden & had a major impact on our stay. No coffee shop, bar areas as construction site, car parking difficult, as long walk from car park to hotel reception via building site. Despite staying on a building site no compensation was offered. Also had to return home a day early as my partner fell ill, & no interest in refunding the money for the night we did not use as unfortunately paid up front. The offer of 15% discount off our next stay (should there be one) is insulting, & shows a complete lack of regard for customers. Have stayed at this hotel on previous visits to London, but not sure I would again with the mercenary attitude of the hotel to its guests.

The staff in reception and restaurant were very helpful.

The construction work and open access to the lifts was a bit alarming - as I felt anyone could walk in and take the lift up at any time of night, without going past reception. There was a lot of running around in the corridors quite late at night, but I realised this was because there was a lot of children staying.

The fact it was on a main road and could not hear the traffic from inside the room.

Being told last minute when paying that an extra ten pounds was added to the bill for car parking. The location wasn't very nice but that's nobody's fault. The price was well over what its worth as I've stayed in premier inn's previously and had a better, nicer room for only 30 pounds and free car parking. Also, staff on desk told us that the spaces on car parking form were NOT to be parked in when in fact they were.

It was nothing like it said on the Internet, its not odd to wembley stadium we had to pay a fortune travelling to and from the stadium and found it difficult getting back at night. You get nothing for your money no complimentary toiletries that I find all hotels even travelodge have,no free wi-fi you have to pay totally feel like I was ripped off with this hotel would never book or advise anyone to stay there x
