Bar was good! Breakfast was great. Fitness senter is great! Receipt should be sent in the language of the hotel, as I booked with breakfast included and the hotel didn't think so.. they wanted £14,99 a day extra. Internet is listet as initial fee of £15, but the cost is £15 a day. |

Bar staff and service very good. We turned up ten o'clock at night and had a good bar snack, served by very friendly staff. Was also reminded about the clocks changing which was much appreciated. |

We stayed one night on a busy weekend and found staff very good indeed. Being able to make a cup of tea after a long driving day was very much appreciated. |

quiet location, handy for the motorway we were allocated a smoking room despite requesting a non-smoking room and could not change. The promised air freshener did not arrive. The room was dirty with lots of cobwebs |

Staff were very nice, kind and happy to help. I and my partner were given free breakfast, water and chocolate for our room to say sorry for mix up. I felt that had they had a Executive room free we would have been given it... however, clearly there is an issue which needs sorting between Booking.com and this hotel. Do not book an an Executive room through this site... you wont get one. As of 010909. Booking.com aloud me to book a Executive room at a discounted rate. However, when I checked in I was given an accessable room instead ie one with disabled access and facilities. When I raised this error I was told that that was the room I booked... I showed confirmation with printed details, ref Executive room to be told Booking.com has made a mistake, blar blar blar. Was given a basic room instead, this room was a little knackered with missing towels, empty bottles in the fridge (which they later tried to charge me for) 2 missing door handles and an unusable shower due to the length of the shower hose, ie you had to sit to use it. Overall,. not a good experience... however see good points too. |

We were at this hotel for a wedding nearby; i booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room and told that was what i had booked (i have confirmation it was not); we were told we could check in from midday if a room was available but on arrival we were told this would be charged at £25 which no one had mentioned previously, there were 2 other couples arguing this point also as none of us had been told. All in all this experience was not good and I would not go back there again. |

It is a bit difflecult to answer this, as we only used the hotel as an overnight stop, returning from the West Country to pick up friends at Heathrow. The hotel is comfortable and well furnished and the staff were very helpful. I would not use this hotel if paying full price for the room as advertised in the hotel lobby. The food in the restaurant was very good and a wide range of choices were available, but the temperature of the food was warm rather than hot. |

The hotel is good for people travelling with kids. The place was full of children and the staff was used to having them around. Also, the pool was great to get rid of any extra energy before dinner! |

Staff, as always polite and efficient, I requested an extra duvet and within minute-yes minutes- I had one. You will be looked after at this hotel. Housekeeping lets the Hotel down. For some reason I was not left any milk/coffee on 2nd morning. Laundry was re-used which was dirty.Basin had a big crack in which must accumulate germs. I reported it to reception who are looking into it as we speak. |

Hotel was pleasant with good facilities. The pool facilities were very nice and generally the staff were pleasant and helpful. Initially we were put in a 'disabled'room which we did not want. The reception reloated us without fuss. We did feel, however that the room was a bit small with little room to move between the bed and the dresser. |
