First hotel in years to call my room 15 mins after arrival to ask if I liked the room. All staff members are super friendly. Great attention to small details. Internet connection is not included, even in the lobby you can't quickly check a webpage. Internet prices are ridiculous high.

No much. No heating in this place - Unfriendly unhelpful staff . They where clearing tables around you whilst eating my breakfast. You have to pay for internet which is not convenient.

The food and service was good. Rooms clean and well presented. TV was a good size and sound quality was just right The views were terrible - huge bin and rubbish area. Outside of building looks a little lost in time

Swimming pool and restaurant No free wifi - in this day and age it does not cost a lot. Many cheaper hotels are doing free wifi - would attract me back
