The breakfast was good even if a little cold. The bed was very comfortable. We chose Holiday Inn for Spa Facilities and were very disappointed. The pool was very cold. The Jacuzzi was only luke warm and automatically stayed on for 10 mins then off for 12 mins. All Jacuzzi's we have been in before have a button to switch them back on. Found it annoying to have to sit in it and wait for it to come on. The steam room and sauna were in the ladies and mens changing rooms so we could not go in them together (this was not mentioned on the web site). Also we found all staff to be quite aloof and they did not smile or make you feel welcome apart from the two boys that work in the Spa - they were lovely and acknowledged you where ever they saw you, not just in the Spa. Also our room was quite dusty and the bed linen had long black hairs on them. Lastly when we checked out we were not even asked if we had enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. It's location. Large hd flat screen telly. Lighting control in bedroom was quirky. Impossible to turn one of the bedside lights on or off without doing the same to some of the room lights. Shower whilst plentiful was a bit erratic with temperature control

Very large comfortable room, great bed, pillows and bedding. Really great staff and ideal location for lunch at nearby Bray, Heathrow and all areas via the m4. Bathroom was a little lacking behind the room in finish and quality, but nothing really bad to say about the Hotel...it was a pleasant surprise.

The buffet breakfast was a good idea, as long as you can make the most out of the £10 price It was a bit unacessible to town centre on foot, so we had to get a taxi most the time. Also the shower water temperature was a bit temperamental, which wasn't a massive issue but an annoyance all the same.

Spacious, clean room with two good mirrors. Good wardrobe space for clothes and suitcases. Would have liked a restaurant for breakfast sittings.

From arrival to check out, the staff from all areas in the hotel were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Self service breakfast was brilliant - hash browns were cooked to perfection. Room was a little on the small size yet was impossible to get the room nice and cool. Ceaser Salad - looked liked someone had dropped half a bottle of dressing over it, so the sauce was very overpowering. I wish they would do something with the gym/leisure centre. I used to attend the hotels Swim and Dine offers - and apart from removing some of the plastic folliage from around the pools and making the pool less deep. It is exactly the same - and it has the potential to be amazing.

It was convenient, reasonably priced and the room was comfortable. Many of the carpets throughout the hotel, apart from our room, were stained and needed cleaning or replacing. The restauarant had the ambience of a cafeteria!

Location, parking. Ridiculously expensive for a chain hotel. £130 for one night - without the awful b'fast that cost £14 quid. I will not use this one again.

The Restuarant staff were very good, overall experience good. Poor check out, printer never worked, still waiting for receipt in post, promised by Logan, but will probably never receive it!!!! Still not sure if bill was correct as couldn't see itemised bill. Then was locked out of room after paying the bill, so had to run to reception to get our key reset.

Staff friendly, room clean and decent value for money for the price paid. Only complaint was I specifically asked for a twin room, and still got given a double room. However when I realised this, I rang up reception and they were easily able to move us to a twin room, which actually was much bigger and nicer.

Convenient for where we needed to visit. The double beds are only 4ft 6ins, not wide enough, they should be at least 5ft wide. If there are any larger beds we were not made aware of it by offering us a choice.

Room service was prompt , the staff were friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay with you . Room too small, we are priority club members, but did not get anything more than had we not been so. Kettle not working properly, one light did not work at all.
