Very good location for city centre events Unfriendly staff. Poor communication about facilities requested at time of booking. Reluctance on part of several hotel staff to accept error on their part. |

Pleasant and helpful staff, cleanliness and overall condition of the room was good. Would definitely recommend and stay again. |

reception excellent and breakfast, car parking good but only fault bar was not staffed 100% of the time, whilst I know the hotel was quite , the bar man kept disapearing and customers either ordered 2 drinks at the time ,or told reception they had served themselves, not acceptable! as above |

as a football fan loved the hotel being an integral part of the football stadium and within easy walk of a reasonable selection of restuarants.The front desk staff were very welcoming and all in all provided us with a good three day break. |

Convenient for the city centre We were placed on the top floor in an exeuctive suite. The air con in the bathroom stayed on all night and disturbed our sleep adn the air con for the next door building was close to our room. This made the position of the room very noisy. |

The Hotle staff made you very welcome and couldn't do enought for you. When ordering meals after 10.30pm was very dissappointing. It was a shame when cheking out that I was aked to pay extra only to find that someone had had ordered on my room number. |

Hotel was on the outskirts of the city & we did not have to drive through heavy traffic to reach it. Hotel was very modern & clean. Rooms were spacious & comfortable. Nice bathrooms. Management should have overseen the breakfast buffet more carefully.Every morning several items on the buffet breakfast counter were not available because they had run out! |

The view of the Norwich City Football Ground through our room window was superb. The hotel is conveniently located for many of Norwich's main attractions. Room was very clean and comfy, Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again. |

The hotel surpassed all expectations. It was comfortable, stylish and the room was large with all amenities required. The breakfast was huge and delicious and the overall opinion was very high indeed. |

Nice clean and comfortable rooms, in a good location for the city. Staff were pleasant and friendly. It was a bit strange having the bar area in the same location as the foyer / reception - not very atmospheric! |

We thought the hotel was great for our night stay. We came down for a party at Delia's it was very nice and very close to the centre. Will definitely stay again. It would have been better to have 4 bath & 4 hand towels in the room, already. We had to ring down in the middle of our baths, as we didn't expect to only have 2 for 4 people. |

Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff, very clean, good distance from the train station The cleaners tried to come in twice on the morning we were leaving - considering we were only there one night and were about to leave the room it seems a bit unnecessary to try and clean while we were still there. |

The bed we eventually had was comfortable. The room that we booked online was not the one we had, we reserved a double room with one bed in it and we got a twin room. After complaining to reception and then wanting to book in somewhere else we were upgraded to an executive room. We shan't be staying there again, we stay in Norwich on a regular basis as my son lives there. |
