Holiday Inn Norwich City

The warm welcome. Parking facilities. Friendly bar staff. Good hearty breakfast. Value for money.

I chose this Hotel because I and 3 friends were going to Norwich FC to watch the match versus Chelsea. The location of the Hotel was amazingly convenient for the football as it is built right in one of the corners of the stadium, so we were out of the Hotel and in our seats in a few minutes. A lot of the bedrooms at the back of the Hotel actually have windows overlooking the pitch, but we were told this costs more on a match day. Parking was very convenient, just in front of the Hotel. I'd definitely recommend this Hotel for any visiting football fans who want to be close to the stadium.

Err not really a complaint except that when we were checking in before the match there were 2 different guests in front of us and only 1 member of staff at the Reception desk, but she was very friendly and efficient when we got to the desk.

Rooms very clean and staff very helpful great for nightlife and close to nearby bars.

Had a great time the hotel is fab but me and partner couldn,t get the heat working and found it very cold.. I thought it was just us but when I ask friends who was allso staying there they said that their room too was very cold.. But it didn,t stop us from having agreat time and we want to do it again..... The location was a great price, for a weekend break, and convenient for us for shopping and eating out.

The location was great, convenient for us however we were kept awake at about 4 am by people outside the front entrance smoking and talking for about an hour which ruined our second nights sleep. We often come to Norwich and usually stay at Premier inns but thought we'd try Holiday Inn this time as we have previously stayed to attend a Serco Christmas party , but wouldn't have a room on a low floor again

Staff at reception were polite, the room was clean with a great view of the football ground. The location was within a nice walking distance from the train station.

The bed wasn't very comfortable unfortunately and we were not given the possible option of dining or drinking at the hotel or where to go if we wanted to.

The location and the staff and how close it was to the football grounds. Bed was very comfy and breakfast buffet lovely

Bar was quite expensive

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, cosy and warm. The hotel was near to restaurants, shops and entertainment.

There was nothing I disliked but it was a bit of a walk to the city centre which we didn't mind doing as we know the area. There is probably a bus to get to town. A short taxi ride too.

location was good, close to stadium but not to far from city centre, good parking too. Staff were super helpful without be creepy! Food delicious, good selection at breakfast

. The bathrobe was good to use but why no slippers to go with it?

Very friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. They dealt with some minor problems quickly and efficiently. Very comfortable bed!

For such a big hotel group, the television facilities were very poor.
